Anavar, Prop & Tren Ace cycle

I'm going to run the test prop, var and proviron for 8 weeks. Will start the Var a bit lower seeing as I think pumps are going to kill me if I run var @ 80mg ED for 8 weeks. Only planning on doing 40mg ED proviron.

Arimidex will still be included @ 0.50mg ED on-cycle and HcG @ 250iu every fourth day.

Do you think this will be sufficient? Also am I correct in saying that I can start PCT, 3 days after last prop pin?

With your Stats I think 60mg Var per day would be good! See how you go and up it to 80mg if you want. My experience Tbol pumps is worse and more painful @40mg per day than when I ran Var at 60mg per day. But the strength on Var is better than on tbol

Good day gents.

Before I jump into the questions I have following the start of my cycle, I would firstly like to thank the experienced guys for convincing me to steer clear of the Tren for the time being. Specific thanks to Oupa and Pump, top advice.

I started running Var, proviron, clen and adex last week. Had my first test prop pin on Sunday night. My previous cycle on test cyp was all injected in the glute by a mate of mine. For this cycle knowing that I would have to self inject I decided to do quads and delts.

So, I injected 1.5ml (150mg) of prop into my left quad. Injection went fine, but the post injection pain was quite hectic and is only starting to subside today. Also the quad isn’t really swollen, but feels stiff and very hard when touched. I think I should have split the dose between the two quads, seeing as these muscles have never been exposed to injection. I split the dose and injected each delt last night, without any issues and no real pip.
My question here is can anyone give me some tips on how to self inject glutes? I know the injection site etc, but I struggle with actually reaching around (Hehe) to administer the injection. I also have no clue how I’ll be able to aspirate when shooting glutes. Also, would a one inch needle be sufficient for glute injections, I have a crap load of these needles?

After Sunday night’s injection, I woke up on Monday with proper flu symptoms including a slight fever. I’ve never experienced test flu before, but I’m pretty sure that was it. I felt much better yesterday, but of course I had to inject yesterday night. So I decided to reduce the 150mg to 100mg until my body gets used to the substance. Also dropped the clen seeing as this doesn’t exactly make you feel great. Is this the correct thing to do or should I stay at 150mg EOD regardless? I would definitely have considered ED injections if there was less pip or if I had alternative injection sites…

Any help advice and sharing of similar experience will be appreciated.

Plenty of videos on YouTube on how to inject and injection sites. I can only inject myself in the right glute and then I also cannot aspirate. I now get my wife to do it but you can try shoulders or legs also more comfortable if you inject yourself.

Just a question, do you inject right glute without aspirating?

Do you guys do Ventrogluteal Or Dorsogluteal injections? Seems like ventro might be easier for self injection?

There is a lot of places where you can inject, depends how often you have to inject and have to search for new sites. If you looking for the easiest sites, you can go with quads. I am used to Dorsogluteal, so I prefer to alternate between left and right. But at the end of the day its whatever is most comfortable for you.

Thanks man, I'm kind off sorted now. I switched to daily injections after the third EOD injection. Doing 75mg ED and rotating sites between quads and delts.

Hi gents, I have a question regarding the AI I’m running on cycle.

I’m currently, and have been from day 1, running Adex @0.40mg ED. I’m planning on gradually increasing this dose throughout the next 6 weeks of my cycle, mainly to control bloating. My PCT will be Clomid 7 days followed by Nolva and Aromasin for the next 30 days.

My question is, can I switch from Adex to Aromasin during this cycle? My reason for this is that my adex will not last throughout the cycle if I up the dose. I will then use aromasin @20mg ED from the day of switching to the end of PCT. Any thoughts or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

20mg of Aromasin is pretty strong. I have never needed that much to prevent gyno or excessive water retention. 20mg EOD should be fine.

do some research on the ventro glute (medial glute) i inject there and you can use both hands
