Some background:
I'm 31 years old and pretty much have been training all of my life, been involved in semi-professional team sports, on national level at time. With career, life changes and family happening, training unfortunately took a backseat for a while, or let me rather say the extreme training took a backseat.
I took a break from the gym for 3 years, missed it way too much and I'm back in the gym 6days a week from the get go from the beginnig of the year.
I'm starting to collect items for my stack and need some pointers, or more confirmations on my ideas.... I'm definitely not the pro at cycles/stacks, I'm pro at other things...
I did a cycle of test suspension and Dbol many moons ago. I like keeping things simple and not complicated so I'm aiming for the basics.

I'm thinking either 10-12 weeks of SUSTANON (500mg/week) and DECCA(400mg/week).
Possibly kick starting it with some Dbol for the first 5weeks at 40mg/day and then starting the SUST &DECCA from the 4th week. Surely I could do Dbol the full 12weeks, is it advised, not advised or not even a question?
It's a good stack but you want to start sust and deca from week 1, dbol you can run until week 4 but any longer than that your liver really strains.
PCT:
I'm thinking along the lines of clomid and nolvadex, starting the PCT 2-3weeks after the last jab.
Nolvadex (40/40/20/20)
Clomid (100/50/50/50)
You're on the right track,throw in some HCG from week 4 at 500iu pw split in 2. Do this until your pct starts.
I'm in no rush to start using, I want to get at least 4-5months solid training in before I start with the good stuff!
At the moment I'm 168cm
87kgs, seriously stocky build,
15-18% body fat,
Diet is pretty decent and clean,
Weights 6days a week, 2 maybe three cardio sessions a week.
Goal is to bulk up and the get lean and ripped AF! Eventually!
I trust I'll get damn decent advice here....

Sorry, I'm going to ask dumb question here:
-bridge period; between the cycle and the PCT?
I also have some stanzol on hand... i could use that for after the SUST and DECCA stack.

rather pay a little extra and get tbol instead of dbol's, all the same anabolic properties without the side affects of water retention and aromatization
