Clomid: 2 x weeks @ 50mg
Nolva: 4 x weeks @ 20mg

First the 2 x weeks Clomid then the 4 x weeks Nolva.

Used to do 100mg Clomid only for 1 week, but you feel like shit. Smoother transition with 2 x weeks of Clomid @ 50mg per day.

Thanks Optron, to make 100% sure, would you run the first two weeks of clomid & Nolvadex concurrently? to make for a 4 week PCT? or first clomid, then Nolvadex to make a 6 week PCT?
