I haven't been on for 4 weeks i've been on for 1 week and gained 3kg's - i was thinking of continuing with the deca and supertest for 8 weeks but i then thought of changing the esters, little experiement..

Yeah that's what I meant, one week of gains is water.

No point in swapping out esters after four weeks. You will not see any additional mass in comparison to running the same compounds for 8 weeks.

But feel free to experiment with the option for your body. In experimentation we learn.

Ok so i could run this a 12 week cycle, i normally like to end my cycle with shorter esters and then PCT - but what would you do ? the first 4 weeks deca and supertest then the other 8 weeks ?

If you like running shorter esters at the end then swap out to NPP and test prop after week 8.

I like shorter esters towards the end of a cycle as I believe PCT can start sooner and work better, and of course you loook harder and leaner.. I want to bulk for 8 months of this year though and try reach 100 - 105 then maybe cut back to 100 or 95 lean...

Hey guys, sorry I've been a bit quiet for a while (work is getting busy again)
Just a quick update on my cycle:
this is my 5th week and so far I have been more than impressed!
strength is up tremendously! bench is now sitting at 150kg for 10-12 reps (was at around 120 for 8), shoulder presses using the 50kg dumbells (was using the 40's), bent over rows - 120kg's with good form for 12 reps(was using around 80kg's).
weight has gone from 93kg up to 102kg's and I honestly feel I'm just getting started.
Diet is good but I think I'm taking in WAAAAAAYYYY too much food :) haha, yeah belly fat is slowly piling on :P
well so far so good :) will keep everyone updated

yeah as I said I know I've put on a bit of fat but from next week the test should only start kicking in nicely so I'm very happy with my gains so far.

I haven't been counting everything I put into my mouth but I good guesstimate would be around 4500 cals.
Dj worked out a nice 3500cal diet for me and was going very well but I'm a very big eater so I added in 2 meals to it and I haven't been scared of the odd pizza

Thanx Mr. Squirrel :)
Will cut em back a little but I think I'm still gonna keep my cals at around 4000, that ok?
my BMR is around 3437 including my activity levels.

dont work on bmr's really dude, they dont take body fat into consideration and also they are generally over estimated... i'd try the the 3500 cals for now and bring thats bf and water level down a bit and u will be happy with the results...

if u are that intent of upping the cals maybe up it to 3800 for now from protein and fats, but to much is not a good thing if u know what i am saying,if you drop the cals now to 3500 u will be cutting back on 1000cals and u will definantly drop some body fat but there is still more than enough calories to build lean mass on that frame of yours
