look i am a firm believer that sex is like snooker, when the red is blocking the pink shoot for the brown but i am sure as hell no licking that disting,i eat green beans every day thats enough of a foul taste in my mouth for me thanks!

Had a good laugh at these posts , but just to get serious for 1 question

wot about having a bit of a " bender " while on a cycle ? I know it is not advised but every now and then we have no choice but to go 4 it ! I know it will hurt the liver but taking sufficient supply of vitamins and milk thissel etc ! ?????

Thing is, doing a coarse is only for a few weeks, so be disciplined enough to look after yourself and focus on the task at hand to achieve the goals you have set yourself.

if you talking soley about vim - stay away , i agree with netro and mxt do it right, u will keep more gains stay more anabolic and make pct easier, no point in gaining 2 kgs in the week and loosing 3 on the weekend. as far as drinking is concerned as long as you can get ALL your meals in and sleep prop, i dont see the harm in a couple or few drinks.. unless u training for a comp then you just dumb!

and never bash the bishop while driving
