Ok dragged my arse through week 8, picked up a groin strain and tendonitis in both elbows / forearms for the trouble!
So I took Jackrabbit's advice and took week 9 off for a bit of R&R. Used the time to get a plastic Surgeon to remove 4 lipomas.
Drove myself nuts about loosing ground, BUT..

Weight only down 0.6kgs, so net gain = 6.7kgs
proviron has started to kick and lean me out a bit (maybe less water)
Going to stick with my plan of a 12 week cycle (although, I'm temped as hell just to stay on longer)

Liking the results, wife thinks I'm getting to big and should take up tennis or some BS

Ah, i'm not the only one with lipoma problems!
I also took week 8 or 9 off when i was on cycle - really helped alot. Going balls-to-the-wall for that long drains you mentally as well - especially us Old(er) ballies. When results keep getting better (and i suspect it will), it will be hard NOT to continue.
Good luck.

@ Jackrabbit,: yeah, been ignoring the bastard lipomas for a while, but as I got leaner, they got more obvious, but the surgeon did a damn neat job.
For R 4000, it better be a neat job!

BTW, hows your PCT going?

week 10 complete, motivation is back. Also got a training partnes, finally!

Weight back up 0.8kgs, net gain = 7.5kgs
still getting a bit leaner, strength has flatlined a bit.

little bit of gyno in right nipple, feels like a pin prick when presses, but cant realy tell if there is a lump.
Started A-Dex @ 1mg / day. Was planning to start AI to suppress estrogen pre PCT anyway.

So back on track

Most of them are close to the surface and you can get them removed in the docs office. For the deeper/larger ones you will have to go to theatre but the doc will tell you if thats needed. I went to a plastic for this but my GP removed some in the past.

If its shallow and underneath the pec the skin is probably not under too much stress and wont affect the stitches so you might be able to train straight away.
The other is done in hospital and depending on the depth and size you'd have to stay until the blood-drain stops. Train as soon as you get to the gym.
It doesn't sound like the latter though - maybe just ask the doc.
The only problem i can see is if the skin stretches too much where the stitches might tear open, but even in that case it wont be more than a couple of days.

The one under my pec on my ribs was surprisingly large, and actually hurt for a week. not unbearable, but damn sore.
the plastic surgeon used one of the electric wands to braze / burn any bleeders. Kinda freeky to see and smell.

Try timing it with a planned training break, that way you wont freak out about lossing ground
