Hi all,

Don't think I have properly introduced myself on this site. I'm still a newbie, that is trying to read up on as much info as possible, but here goes!
I'm a 33 year old female, been training (not hardcore) for the last 2 years, problem is that I cannot manage to lose weight and keep it, since being pregnant with my daughter 12 years ago as i have hypothyroidism. I'm currently on diotroxin and my endocrinologist assured me that i would begin to lose weight. Problem is nothing is shifting, so that's why i want to try steroids and this is where i would value your advice. I got this sample female cycle off another site and was wondering if it was good to follow:
Female Intoroduction Cycle
Week 1
Stanazolol Tabs 2.5mg/day
Vit B 12 1ml/week
Week 2
Stanazolol Tabs 5mg/day
Vit B 12 1ml/week
Week 3
Stanazolol Tabs 5mg/day
Vit B 12 1ml/week
Week 4
Stanazolol Tabs 5mg/day
Week 5
Stanazolol Tabs 5mg/day
Week 6
Stanazolol Tabs 2.5mg/day
Clenbuteron tabs 40mg/day
Vit B 12 1ml/day
Week 7
Clenbuteron tabs 60mg/day
Vit B 12 1ml/day
Week 8
Clenbuteron tabs 40mg/day
Vit B 12 1ml/day
Week 9
Clenbuteron tabs 20mg/day

I currently weigh 95Kg and am only 165cm tall :blush: I don't know what my body fat % is but i'm gathering that it's way high.

Please could someone out there help me, i feel like a titter asking, but would appreciate any advice you may have.

ok well the problem would be your diet if u are not loosing anything...you need to realise u need to burn more calories than u put in... lets do some working out of this for u...

to work out your bmr what u need to do is work with this formula

BMR = 655 + (9.6 X wt in kg) + (1.8 X ht in cm) - (4.7 X age in years)
655 +(9.6x95) + (1.8 x 165) - (4.7x 33) = 1709 calories multiplied with your activity level lets say 1.3 = 2222 calories to maintain weight. so what u need to do is subtract 20% to loose weight. so u need to loose weight u need to consume 1777 calories a day. u can make it an even number of 1800 or 1700 choice is yours.

then u need to realise that u need to take in your calories from protein,carbs and fats. now lets go with the 40:40:20 % method to get u lean so 40% from carbs,40% for protein,20% from fats.

so if u go for the 1700calorie choice it would 680 calories from protein and carbs and 340 calories from fats. now carbs and protein are both 4 calories per gram so u need to get in 165grams of protein and carbs and fats yield 9calories from each gram so u need to get in 37 grams of fat.

now u need to split that up into 6 meals for your day,feeding every 2.5 hours. so per meal u should ideally have 27.5grams of protein,27.5grams of carbs and 6.1 grams of fats per meal....

so now what u need to do is sit down and plan your diet.. get hold of the packets of the things that u eat and read the nutritional information and u can sit and work out how much of each you need to have per meal. you need to realise it takes time and it will get u to your goal.

add in some thermogenics such as eca,clen or heat and u will be cooking with gas. u dont need to go for the steroid option

Sorry, been meaning to post a reply for a while, but here it is.

DJ is 100% right, Focus on your diet.
Remember, the workout is only the stimulus or catalyst, the actual effect occurs during recovery, but serious cardio can help “burn” more fat.

Not that sissy, 30 min @ 60% of your cardiovascular max BS. 60 min of serious High intensity, interval training (HIT) as it burns more fat after the workout.

You should be sweating like a pig, and busting a gut like those people on the Biggest Looser.

You didn’t mention much about your training, BUT, it must get HARDCORE. You need to be doing squats, lunges, etc. To recruit as much muscle as possible.

None of that Mickey Mot Gyno machine shit. Minimal rest between sets.

Get a Personal Trainer to help get you going! Yes, most Personal Trainers couldn’t pour piss out of a boot, if the instructions were written on the heel, BUT, if you do some homework and get some references, there are some good ones.

ok i am going to have to slightly disagree with u there champ,60mins HIT? if u can do 60mins of "HIT" then u are not doing HIT, u should be feeling pretty fucked and panting and feeling as if u have worked every muscle possible in no more than 20mins. i go as hard as i can for 20mins on a cross walker followed by 20mins of moderate walking to cool down and just to burn that little bit extra, when i mean moderate walking i am saying 4.0km 10% incline. i do that 3 days a week,the other 3 days a week i walk for 40mins as 5.5km/h at 10% incline for 1 min,11% incline 1 min,12%incline 1 min,13%incline 1 min,14%incline for 1 min back down to 10%....this helps keep my heart rate between 130bpm and 150bpm.

look lets not debate what type of cardio is best etc etc etc,the worst cardio is the cardio u are not doing! find what works for u, for some 20mins HIIT first thing in the morning is all they need 3 days a week,some need to do it 5 days a week,some maybe 5 days and after weight training,its all about what u want to get out of your body, just remember to keep your heart rate up and u should be fine

I agree; we can differ all day; the point I was trying to make is that the training intensity needs to be upped considerably to get Angel2’s metabolism to react, esp. with thyroid issues. That + diet is the key!!

Angel2 is looking to loose approx 35 - 40 kgs to get to theoretical ideal for her height i.e. approx 55kg.
She needs to seriously kick-start her system and even training twice a day could be a good thing.

For radical results, look at those guys from the Biggest Looser, yes they do 20 min HIT in the gym, BUT, they do a whole lot more high intensity exercise outside the gym. Not too different from army basic training i.e. op fok all day!!!

Army basics shredded me from 92kg to a hard and fit 74kg (despite Crap food) I'm 179cm. Ok; I don't have a thyroid issue. Point is I think a serious / radical approach is necessary to help get things going.

Once her body starts reacting, the more traditional cardio routines may be enough to keep the weight loss going.

@ Angel2; What does you current workout schedule look like?

Angel U Seem 2 Basically Only Using Oral Form Juice u need to take some sort of liver protection & running win oral for quite a long period & win oral is known for its hypotoxicity. Also it does seem to aromatise so i would consider taking a pct just to be safe.

If i was you next time i would rather use anavar instead of winsterol it seems to be a lot safer for ladies as it is not really androgenic neither does it seem to aromatise! It will give u better, leaner gains than winsterol (from my experiance).

Thanks DJ, Ou and Knez, I value your input and advice lots. DJ, will speak with my dietician and will put through the info that you gave me. Oupiel, if i have to do 60min intense cardio, my heart might just pop. Will increase my 20 mins of cardio twice daily to perhaps 40mins twice daily. As for my workout, i do cycling +-20mins to warm up Mon - Fri, on Monday - Arms, Tues - Legs, Wed - Chest, Thurs - Back & abs, Fri - swimming. Oupiel, i should really take alot of what you said into consideration with regards to becomeing more hardcore, thank you.
Knez, will keep your avice on hand when i do take the leap, thanks for clearing up the win vs anavar for me.

if u are going to a dietitian and they havent given u that information i ready i would ask for my money back and move onto some one else...i have read numerous articles on the net,i have spoken to so many people online and asked many personal trainers and it all leads back to pretty much the same equation and u need to work out your calorie needs inorder to loose weight... stick at a certain diet for a month and if u have good results stick at it,if u think u shouldve lost more then re adjust your ratios,more protein less carbs more fats etc etc...

LOL Dj, my dietician is still old school, she firmly believes in the 5 fruit and veg portions a day. She is trying to get me eating healthily, instead of worying about my weight.

mid morning lean meat,potato + veg
lunch lean meat sweet potato + veg
mid afternoon tuna,brown rice + veg
dinner lean meat + veg

jack dude i am feeling ur pain,except its my nephew,my mom,my dad, and my sisters stash in the house...my sister used to co-ordinate the cote dior promotions...i have boxes and boxes of those chocolates lying round the house...i just look at them.. they grow from the waist and i grow round the chest....

i am getting this dieting thing down to a t champ...its getting more difficult esp when it comes to giving people variety... its a bitch! hehe
