Hey thanks guys for your input. As of last week my diet changed immediately.

Saizen - be at blunt as you want bro... I respect the honesty. The more I can learn about nutrition/food the better. Crit away bro.

But I am still wondering how to get my protein with my first meal, because I will be cutting out the whey. Other than whipping up an omelet every morning. Whey and oats goes down easy in the morning, when I don't have that much of appetite. Any tips?

So will only be sucking down a shake before and after training?
My protein of choice will be chicken. Carbs = basmati rice and veggies.

Will have that as meal 2, 3 and 4, protein shake, TRAIN, protien shake, then last meal of the day will be steak/chicken with veggies for dinner. What you guys reckon?

Use the whey in the morning, nothing wrong with that, but first prize would be protein from egg whites. I just boil and toss the yolk or you can get eggnology or something like that.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.
