Ok my stats are as follows: Age 22, height 178cm, weight 79KG, BF is lingering around the 12% mark.
I did change up my diet a few months back, am still trying to be more disciplined about it as I do cheat a bit too much on it, I definitely need to drop the carbs a little bit and maybe throw some more protein in. As far as supplementation goes, I am on creatine mono and glutamine and DAA at the moment, supplied by Ondier
When I was still stupid and didnt know abt roids, one of my mates gave me some Dianabol which i ran for abt 4 weeks, picked up about 6 or 7 kgs, diet was KAK! lost alot of that weight, and now have gained it all back naturally againI have gone up from 72kg's to 79 now
this is over 3 months now just by eating better and training kak hard!
@ CHAPEL - I do know that dieting and cardio are good for cutting, thankfully this forum has taught me a hell of alot of good stuff, Im not exactly sure how much cardio I should be doing tho? What would u guys recommend? At the moment im doing about a 2km jog per day after gym.
At the end of the day I want to hit about 85 to 90 kg's, I want to be lean and hard, and I want to be discliplined enuf to keep it there, I definitely do not expect overnigth results, it would be nice to use some AAS to get there, but if you guys think that I should try and perfect my diet and cardio first then I definitely respect that.

EDIT: @Gorilla - Yes i'd love some nice vascularity as well, would love to run a course as you're suggesting but I dont know if Im disclipined enough with diet yet?

Once that goal is completed, I will look at hitting a nice course or something to then go for the golden 90, ripped to shreds and so forth
Can DJ help fix my diet and stuff?
