Currently worked my way to about 300 grams of carbs and protein is at 300grams also dont know about fats i dont eat much much fats really my foods are grilled chicken with veg or salad and then basmati rice. half my carb intake is taken jst before gym. currently im taking ripped freak fat burner. I have about 55 clen tabs that my cuz gave me lying at home

I think that's your problem mate, you need to keep track of your calories you are eating. I don't know your age but I assume your calories to be 2600 if you want to lose fat.

The numbers you gave for carbs and proteins amounts to already 2520 cals, your fat intake is unknown, so I don't think you eating at a deficit. You have to track your intake, the extra cals do creep in and halt progress.

Maybe use a macro ratio like this, this is only an example as I don't know your metabolism or activity level. 250p 180c 80f

I use this sweet app on bb called calorie counter by fatsecret. Very useful and easy to use. They also have a list of SA food brands.

U need good fat otherwise your system will convert carbs to fat and store ...omega 3..fatty fish.... and like Kelevra said ...

I do have a calculated diet im just running around with work so i cant type out the entire diet, i do supplement with my omega's and all that. So Basically i need to drop my calories more

You can drop your calories or increase cardio or do both. You can use the clen if you want to but your primary focus should be eating in a calorie deficit.

IMHO carb cycling is a lot of work for me, I usually find maintenance cals and subtract 500. I have 1 refeed day where I eat at maintenance cals.

Carb cycling would be beneficial for performance, high carb days on days you workout.

At the end of the day there has to be a calorie defict, how you achieve is up to you.
