how long have u been training for champ...look i would suggest u train and diet properly for the next 6months and then i will be more than happy to help u drawing up a cycle...

For almost year now lost almost 20 kg now i Wana Star on gear cause i heard people said you first have to start gyming for a while and the you go on gear thats the reason i`m her haha

Djeasye knows his shit, if you look at all his posts he tells it like it is no bullshit.
I am new to this site and in that short time he has given me a wealth of information that I trust.
He’s the man to ask about this stuff....

smurf you have to let go of this general misconception that there is something out there that will make you big quick ... Every tom dick and harry always asks the same question without doing the legwork ... they hear about some dude that took roids and grew a little and now thats what they want. Did he tell you about the side effects? did he tell you about the dedication, the diet, the rest, the types of food, the absolute lack of a "normal" social life ... nah i dont think so.

Dirk can you give me advice an a cycle

I thought about using anadrol for 3weeks and the run a clean cycle only on protien shakes and creatine then after another 4 week i wana go on anavar and winstrol
any advice on that please would help me alot

I agree with Dj, lets start you off right ... Dj can sort you with a proper diet (we both added some pretty cool spreads in the download section) ..., then training .... Netro, dj, admin will pitch in there ... me i love max-ot look it up .... dedication and commitment comes from within there we can not help you ...

I will vouch for dirkgreeff's diet!! Made my life a lot easier and cheaper actually.

i have just drawn up a diet for classic_1 he is going to add photo's to the forum soon and then we can look at his progress as he is training for a show as a natural competitor....i am hoping he comes in better condition than his last show he did with out loosing too much muscle size
