Ha ha id rather not tel you on what dose im on:p feeling like a beast in the gym but totally exhausted in the evenings. The shakes also doesn't last very long after I take them. Last day today though.

Can liquid clen be mixed with water the night before use,e.g @ 9pm so I can wake up & drink @ 4am,to go back to sleep and wake @ 6am for cardio? I know you might wonder why, but I've been hiding my clen/yoh and secretly taking it the morning of, but someone has grown suspicious and I want to get it ready without someone noticing,and then consuming as a "normal" glass of water.

I wouldn't advise it for the simple reason that your owner might get thirsty and drink your water. And then you will be in the dog box for months!

No, never do that, especially with liquid Letro and Adex. The solution will crash when left standing in water and form micro crystals on the bottom of the glass and when you eventually drink it you will not get the correct dose, because most crystals will be stuck to the glass and stay behind.

20 to 25 degrees out of direct sunlight as far as I know, also don't leave the cap off to long. Its liquid clen?

Yes liquid clen. Ok that's fine, been storing it like that. Also googled it but some sites are such jokes so didn't want to go on what they said.

Don't keep it in the fridge. The clen will crash out of solution and form crystals.
