Clen: First thing in the morning, or split morning midday on higher doses - does it matter whether it's taken on an empty stomach/with meals etc?
All in the morning regardless of dosage. Take with or without your morning fillet steak, but before morning sex.
Yohimbine: Insulin blunts the effect, so this should be taken with little to no carbs. However, should this be taken a few minutes before gym fasted/no carbs, or also first thing in the morning? (I workout at night not in the mornings, so not sure whether this will have an effect on sleep?)
If you take one cap Yohimbine then 30 mins before training and don't eat carbs before training. If you take two caps then one before training and one in the morning with your clen dosage.
I'll get some Betasleep regardless for the cycle.
Betasleep will knock you the fudge out so don't worry about taking Yohimbine later on in the day.
