Problem I had with deca in my younger years was serious aggression but now I control it.

Aye, I'm on Phentermine now, ever since I started TRT my appetite came back with such a ridiculous force.

Just from looking at my own "dosage database" these seem to be averages:
Deca: 500mg/week
Mast: 400mg/week
Test: 500mg/week

Comparing it to practical concentrations, it'll dose easily as follows:
Deca: 525mg/week (PGW)
Mast: 400mg/ week (PGW)
Test: 500mg/ week (PGW)

I don't have particular loyalty to PGW, it's just my other options either calls for ampules (not keen), or the low concentration (mgs/ml) makes it too expensive.

Another option is DPL4Fifty by Syntrop Hybrid. It comes to 200mg Mast + 250mg Test Eth per ml. Not sure how I'll react to Enanthanate as I had a shit experience with Test Prop.

Ancillaries: Letro, Aromasin and Nolva. I should probably do something akin to a PCT after because of Estrogen rebound.

So you agree with the dosages? I'll probably be 80kg lean just for reference.

You need both
Anti prolactin, cabaser
Anti estrogen, probably 1 and 2, letro and aromasin

PGW Cyp, omdat dit goedkoper uitwerk. As ek weer oorsee gaan (3 maande op 'n tyd) sal ek 'n Nebido vat voor die tyd maar as ek in Suid-Afrika is dan verkies ek uit-en-uit 'n korter ester.

Spyt elke 4 dae, nooit vlakke getoets nie.

TRT het my hele lewe omgedraai, daar was baie persoonlike faktore wat ek nie oorspronklik genoem het nie, wat my hormone ontwyfelbaar geaffekteer het. TRT het my lewe verbeter, en mense in my lewe kan die verskil sien (nie net spiermassa nie lol).

Ek glo jou.

Ek sien met my Pa nou. Hy se hy vowel klaar baie beter meer lus vir die lewe en meer energie. Hy se hy slaap soos n klip en sukkel nie om op te staan nie.

Ek het n vriend ook vroeg 30's wat op TRT is hy was n hartseee depressiewe gemors... Sy hele lewe is weer back on track nou met TRT. Juis hy wat kom kuier het en my Pa oortuig het

Kwaliteit van lewe en sin van "mens wees" verbeter fenomenaal. Die ding is, as jy nie weet jy hoort anders te voel nie, of as jy so gewoond is om low-T te wees, dan verstaan jy nie rêrig hoe ver jy is aan "normaal" nie.

Die naaste wat die algemene steroid gebruiker kan kom om te voel die verskil in gemoedstoestand is as jy af siklus kom dan voel meeste mense die heeltyd effens "down" en "blue". Met kroniese lae Test, is dit amplified en konstant.

Bly jy vriend en pa het reg gekom, ek's seker hulle is nie spyt van hulle besluit nie!

No idea, but honestly never considered them because they are inferior in every way. No doctor (specialist or GP) ever even mentioned those as options, I guess they reached the same conclusions I did.

The problem with topical is: 1) absorption 2) other human contact
The advantage of patches is a more gradual release than topical gels, but also the absorption will be inferior to injectables and orals.

Yes seen an endo,had all the relevant tests done.Hypogonadism i think he mentioned.
Prescribed 75mg once a week pfizer depo test intramuscular.
Been on it a few months and HATE the injections...very painfull,actually caused anxiety.
Hence enquiring about other means to do this TRT.

Ai, sorry about the anxiety mate. He didn't ask if you wanted to use Nebido? It's testosterone undecanoate and shots are taken every 3 months.

I do have underlying anxiety and depression issues so it does stress me out.
He did offer nebido but i dont like the thought of having a compound in my body for 3 months.
As far as im aware the depo test lasts about 3-4 days in the system after the injection.

What is the difference between the test that is injected or the test that the testicles should be producing?
I realise one is artificial,but by adding artificial test into the system how is it different to the entire body and brain and system?

Had carbs over the weekend for a change (currently LCHF/Keto vibes). Last night I looked in the mirror and holy hell the difference in size is crazy. This is what d-bol must feel like. Fuuuuuuu.... Going to go on a date ASAP before the size fades.

Random update: Loosing fat steadily. I can fit into old jeans again and my work shirts are now awkwardly loose. But still overweight by my count.
Absolute best practice for carefree fat loss: Intermittent Fasting + LCHF and meal prep. Being prepared and organized is by far the biggest tool for success. For dieting, but I'm sure for other facets in life as well.

By the time the ASSA shirts arrive, mine probably won't fit
