Body Recom Help (Stack)??? was created by martin_kar
Good day all,
(First time poster here)
sincerely hoping for some advice with an ongoing dilemma.. If anyone could help, it'll be much appreciated..

I had a long weight loss journey (118kg down to now 88kg). Btw, im a 28 year old male and 192 cm tall, for reference. ONLY problem is I am now 'Skinny Fat' (BMI says normal which is abit odd)... my love handles are still very prominent and my belly is still there (just not as big as before lol).

I have been on a strict , nutritious diet around 300-500 deficit a day. This diet is obviously paired with cardio + weight training. This plateau has lasted for months and now considering alternatives to help break plateau + build some muscle & have some ab definition (I'm not looking to be massive, just some decent, defined muscles and a visible 6 pack. Been working to this goal for years).
*Simply building muscle and loosing the little bit of stubborn fat that seems impossible to get rid off*

What AAS / SARMS could I consider looking at or stacking together?? Very uneducated with them & everytime I try doing research I end up more confused lol.

MANY THANKS in advance to anyone whose able to help.

I wish you a good day further!

What is your calorie intake? How many weeks have you been dieting without a break? What does your blood work say? What does your training look like include weights used for each set and reps for each set too. How many hours a say of sleep do you get in? How much cardio do you do? How many steps do you do? When was your last "deload" week?

Hi Empire, thanks for the reply!
1) calories range from 1600-1900 / day
2) been dieting without a break since the start of 2025. With VERY FEW cheat meals.
3) Not sure exactly blood work figures. Got blood work done with Lancet end of Feb and all was in order though
4) Train 4x a week with a replacement range of 10-12. Dedicate 2 days a week to cardio
5) 6-7 hours of sleep on average
6) Quite active with steps (12k to 15k / day)

I hope this helps! Thx again

1. your calories are lower than your BMR, so as much as you will be losing weight, you will be losing lean muscle hence why you are "skinny fat".
2. You haven't lost 30kgs in only 5 months, so this says you have basically "crashed" your metabolism by over-dieting for a long time, your body would have reduced thyroid hormones and most sex hormones to compensate for the low calories.
3. Post a copy of your blood workup here."all in order" well what did you get tested, and what does "in order" look like to you, Because what be normal to you, is low or high to me when optimising hormones.
4. what I hear when people respond with that is " I don't track anything, I don't care about the order of exercises, I don't follow a set plan and I do what I feel like instead of having a set routine, train with relative intensity, and try and improve week on week.
5. this should be 7-8 hours a night
6. that is fine.

based on the feedback you have given me, you don't need chemicals, you need to be coached, your calories need to come up, you need to train with intensity and follow a set plan, and you need to get your sleep in order, and hormones back in order MORE SO THAN THROWING CHEMICALS at the problem.  If anything, id want to see your sex hormone panel, and thyroid panel, and see what this is sitting at, and at most do some "HRT/TRT" based doses for chemicals.
