1. your calories are lower than your BMR, so as much as you will be losing weight, you will be losing lean muscle hence why you are "skinny fat".Hi Empire, thanks for the reply!
1) calories range from 1600-1900 / day
2) been dieting without a break since the start of 2025. With VERY FEW cheat meals.
3) Not sure exactly blood work figures. Got blood work done with Lancet end of Feb and all was in order though
4) Train 4x a week with a replacement range of 10-12. Dedicate 2 days a week to cardio
5) 6-7 hours of sleep on average
6) Quite active with steps (12k to 15k / day)
