What would be your opinion on my steps going forward?

I'm weighing up my options, either going off cold turkey and checking FSH/LH in 2-3 months time, or running 125mg/week for a 2-3 months while getting my health and fitness in order and then run a mild PCT before checking bloods again once things have hopefully settled. I haven't felt this strong mentally in years and managed to get my ass to the gym 5 times in the last week, I feel capable of getting in shape for this first time since before I busted my spine.

Granted, you're not a doctor, but you're more experienced than I.

Well if you asking my opinion, I've been down the road way to many times. And when I'm low, life is tough and it feels like depression. When my levels are up my memory comes back and so does my vitality. So if it was me I would run a low dose to feel better and get out of the rut I'm in now and then I'd go see a endocrinologist and explain your levels prior to gear use and see if he has an idea why it would have been low, probably won't have an answer and there will be assumptions due to him not having the data in the beginning and your bloods looking different but he can work with you trying to restore normal hormone levels. I would not do a mild PCT, I would do a serious one..

I can relate to this a whole lot. I'm in a bit of a pinch financially as my SO has auto-immune issues which have cost us a fortune and she has been out of work for the last 4 months thanks to this pandemic bs. I think self medicating till the new year when my medical savings are back, when I can see an endo sounds like my best course of action.

Thanks a bunch for the advice!
