I need some advice for a 5th Cycle please.
I've done the below Cycle about a year ago and saw reasonable result. I went from 83kg to about 89kg. I guess about 3-4 kg of muscle.

My problem/issue is just that after doing my PCT it just seems like I lose literally all of my gains. I keep going with my training (5 days per week) and I keep my calories around the 3400 - 3500 range. It then feels like I'm losing muscle and just gaining fat. I dial down my Calories to maintenance but after a few months I end up with the same weight I started at. Am I doing something wrong?
I'm Currently 81kg, 1,96m (39 years old)
Gym 6 days per week -
Mon- Chest, Triceps,Shoulders
Tues - Legs, Glutes, Hamstrings
Wed - Back, Biceps
Thur - Shoulders, Triceps, Chest
Fri - Legs, Hamstrings,
Sat - Biceps, Back, Chest
My current Calories (Maintenance) per day based on 81kg Weight
165g Protein
75g fat
330 Carbs
What would you advise and what do you think I'm doing wrong that I keep losing all the muscle after my PCT? Hard words welcome.
