I'm doing two weight sessions a day then. First three days will be heavy session and the second half of the week will be higher reps with drop sets and tri-sets.

Hi guys, quick question. I'm starting my Tren Ace + Masteron this week and I have a question regarding the tren. I read somewhere that its advised that one uses 25mcg T3 when using Tren, is this correct and why?

I'm going to also load two pics of me after my bulk. You'll see that I'm not the leanest guy out and I've never too worried about being super lean so DON'T JUDGE :blush: !!!!!!

I'm going to try and lean out for the next eight weeks so lets check how it goes.

Im also confused regarding the T3 use with tren and would also like to know a solid answer but I have done some research and it seems that the tren lowers the T3. I think it is up to the individual whether to supplement with T3 or not.

How much do you weigh at the moment in these pics?

Those pics are from about four-six weeks ago so it would have been around 107kg.

Here is a post I found quite helpful on another board:

"Androgens do suppress TBG, which will yield a lower T3 and T4 reading if you had a bloodtest. Just like shbg binds to sex hormones TBG binds to T4 and T3. But ive never seen a study show that it also lead to a lower "free" T4 or T3. So basically what Im saying is even though you have lower T3 and 4, you have lower amounts of binding globulin and thus your free T4 and T3 remain in the normal range. Ill dig up a study if I got time later."

I'm now sitting at about 102kg. The reason is my Proviron was finished and I started to use T3 + Clen then went over to Heat. My love handles like in that pic is nearly gone. I'll post some more pics on Wednesday at the start of my eight week cutting part of my cycle.

I'm probably going to blog at least twice a week on the effect of the new substances I'm using. Even though I used Tren E before but apparently its a whole different story with the ace version.

Okay peeps, I've kind of figured out my diet for the next eight weeks. It might not be your typical fat loss diet but I've been doing this long enough to know what works for my body and pretty much know when to make changes on the fly. I don't eat chicken or oats if you guys were wondering and the fats from the lean rump will be sufficient. I might throw in a fish meal pre bed later on and maybe at lunch.

Pre morning workout: 2 x green apples + 30g whey
Post morning workout: 20g carbs from energade + 50g whey

Breakdast: 30g basmati rice + 25g rump steak + some form of fibre (protein value)

Mid morning: 50g whey

Lunch: 50g rump steak + plenty salad

Mid afternoon: 50g whey

Supper / pre evening workout: 50g rump staek + 50g basmati rice + plenty salad

Post workout: 50g whey + 30g peanut butter

Pre bed: 30g whey

So its time for some feedback after one week from throwing in the new compounds.

FYI, current protocol.

320mg SuperTest E2D
40mg Tren Ace E2D
75mg Masteron E2D
175mg Equi E4D
40mg Proviron ED
.75mg Letro ED
4 Heat ED

Okay, my strength has increase phenomenally since adding the Tren and I'm not sure what the Mast is supposed to do so I'm not sure if it has come in yet. My waist has shrunk by two holes on my belt and I'm feeling really good. My diet as usual didn't go to plan but at least I'm not eating bad, I've haven't had a chocolate, coke or take aways since staring this new protocol. The funny thing is I'm actually about 1kg on the scale but I'm looking a lot leaner but really really flat. I'm getting in enough protein from mostly whey but I'm trying to get in at least two/three decent solid meals a day.

The only thing that's really getting to me is the twice a day weight sessions with cardio, its seriously hard graft but I'm enjoying it.

On a totally unrelated matter, we're going away this weekend and I need to take a shot on Sunday. My plan is to load the syringe and take it with me instead of carting along three vials of juice, any suggestions?

Nice results bud, keep it up. How's the tren sides coming in.

AS for the syringe, i would also preload and take along, just make sure u keep it in a place where nothing can push on the plunger and push the juice out.

Thanks pump. Jeez bud, you hit a serious nerve there. That's probably my biggest dream in my life to stand on stage but I have a serious emotional problem with dieting. I genuinely get emotional when dieting.

Heh, well dude, I was at the nephrologist yesterday and I chatted to her about a keto diet. She has no problem with it but explained you get 2 types of people and gave me a scientific name for each, but what she was saying is 1 gets depressed and the other doesn't. So some simple need to stay away from a keto diet or they going to land up fighting with everyone and just being extremely run down and feeling depressed, struggle to sleep, etc.

So :) stop worrying about it to that extreme... Also set a goal, say I will hop on stage next year October contest date is X/Y/Z. Then it's not I want to rip down but agg, you no, there is no real reason too. If you have a clear goal of when it's going to be then you know when you dieting down it's simply for that day and when the comp is over bulk straight back up, eat what is ever in sight..

So don't stress yourself out now, try hang around 12% so if that means you can have a burger twice a week and chips and coke and what ever, great. If it means you need to put in a bit more on the cardio equipment then do it, if you can get to eat more of what you want, great. Then 12 weeks out start worrying about strict diet, if you keep your body fat under the 10% mark then you can start to diet 6 weeks out which is just 6 weeks of hard dedication.

So break that pattern, stop trying to diet, and set a date and depending on where your body fat is closer to the time know how long it will take you to diet without losing to much muscle. But if you never set a goal you never going to actually go ahead with it.

Remeber not Ronnie Coleman or Jay are 100% happy with themself, and think you know I could have come in harder or just 5 pounds heavier or just worked on this or that.. That is why it's so important to get that first comp under your belt so you know what the critics say and you know what to work for next time. I don't believe in this multiple competitions a year. If you looking at being a bodybuilder and wanting to get bigger and more quality each year you need to keep it to 1 to 2 shows a year.
