I tried clen before, I believe in t3 It gets the job done

Currently taking 40mcg of t3, still slowly increasing the dosage. It's according to me the best fat burner you can get

are u using any anabolic support? cos if u are not good bye muscle... have u tapered up to 40mcg's? how long have u been on it?

I'm on anabolic support don't want to waste away, haha. I've titrated it up to 60mcg by now, been on it for about 1week, so still waiting for the results I'm looking for. I can tell you that it does have certain immediate effects, t3 has some kind of central nervous system effect, makes me more alert/awake - haha, kinda elevates my mood. Got it from the pharmacy, so it's legit.

Are you still meant to be feeling the affects of clen by the 10th day. The first 4 days i was a heat box , had to have an aircon on me all the time and dehydrate very quickly and extreme headaches. Dont feel so much now just very dry lips, maybe slightly hot and on 20 drops a day or 100mcg. Is that the norm ?

where do u live, in this cold wheather you have an aircon on you aswell, clen does raise ur body temp a bid, did u get the lp clen, aparently its better quality and more potent than other clen.

Yes it is the LP clen. Never used other clen before so i cant compare but from what i felt in the first few days, Im sure its potent and that was on only 50mcg a day at that time.
Will see how the weight loss goes though.

How do you go about taking Adco Ketoifen.
If your on LP Clen, do you take Clen for two weeks then start ketoifen.

1mg ketoifen to 5ml syrup, so do you take 3 x 5ml per day.
For how long do you take the ketoifen for?

They recommend 2mg minimum ketotifen so you should take 10 ml (2 teaspoons) and have it before bed as they say it causes drowziness. I took one teaspoon a day a wk before I started clen and during the first two weeks cos I wanted to be 100% sure that my receptors were up but this was just an idea I came up with. So the norm is two weeks after starting Clen and you should remain on ketotifen throughout ur Clen cycle

i did the same, i started the ket bout 3 days b4 the clen.

Always start Ketotifen before or at the same time as Clen... never later than your Clen. The reason is because ketotifen takes about 4 weeks to start working and clen starts to loose its potency due to receptor down regulation after 4 weeks.

Can get it at Dischem and Clicks pharmacies. Dunno about other pharmacies cos its hard to get a hold of. R70-R80 a bottle of syrup (200ml) and over the counter, no prescription required

Well they say it does make u drowsy. It doesn't knock me out but I'm sure some people do knock out. That's y u should take it at night before u go to bed.

Yes, just ask for adco zetofen syrup.

It shouldn't make a difference if its on or under the tongue. It absorbs fine either way but less burny if on the tongue.

Take the higher dose as a single dose still. By the time you reach a high dose (build up to the dose), your body will be able to cope with the shakes etc due to a build up of tolerance. You can split the dose if you would like, you might just not be able to sleep due to heart palpitations etc. So rather take it as a single dose
