Really amped to see how the liquid clen works compared to the tabs.

Yes, just ask for adco zetofen syrup.

It shouldn't make a difference if its on or under the tongue. It absorbs fine either way but less burny if on the tongue.

Take the higher dose as a single dose still. By the time you reach a high dose (build up to the dose), your body will be able to cope with the shakes etc due to a build up of tolerance. You can split the dose if you would like, you might just not be able to sleep due to heart palpitations etc. So rather take it as a single dose

Didn't I just read in another post, that the zetofen didn't work for you and you are now cycling the Clen?

I'm sure from readings its important to start the zetofen before you start the clen? this way it does become that much more effective?

As far as I can remember, she did start before hand.

Admin says start before or at the same time, because the Zetofen takes about 4 weeks to kick in.

Yes that's what you read. My suspicions of it not working for me is because I can only afford to take the minimal dose. It may work for other people as they may regenerate receptors faster than others, due to genetics etc and others may be able to afford to take a high dose. It was just getting too expensive for me.

Yes I did take before hand and I cut out caffeine intake for a few weeks before starting as caffeine targets the same receptors as clen does, just that its not as potent

What do suggest as the optimum dose of the Zetofen?

Beesting suggested my wife take 10ml(2mg) before bed at night. I suppose a man with higher doses Clen can take more.

From what I have read the optimal dose is 5mg. I dont know how much other people on this forum use, if they use at all. I am trying to get raw powders for ketotifen fumurate and its price, and that way I can experiment with dosages to see what gives the best result.

5mg is 5 teaspoons which is 25ml of adco zetofen. A bottle is two hundred mls and sells for about eighty rand, if you are lucky to find it. So according to the maths, a bottle (taking 5mg) will last 8 days. So do you see the expense that it is. If I were taking low doses of clen, say max 50mcg, I might get away with taking 2mg (minimal dose) but i take 100 mcg clen so I cant get away with a low dose from my experience

I suggested NB1's wife take 2mg zetofen as its the minimal dose, thats what I was taking but she is also on low doses of clen and 2mg zetofen is still affordable and may be effective. Im sure NB1 will keep us updated as to how his wife finds the clen and zetofen but just give it time.

Yes I would wait. Ephedrine targets the same receptors as clen does. You need a break to get your receptors up again. So no clen for you any time soon. I say give it a month

As long as that?

Guess the longer the break the better.

U might get away with two weeks but then no touching coffee or anything with caffeine. I would wait a month to be sure but speak to other people and see what they recommend. Otherwise start zetofen while on a break, if you can afford it

Another idea is you take zetofen for two weeks and get your receptors up and then cycle clen two weeks on and off without zetofen

I was thinking 2 weeks break whilst on Zetofen?

This zetofen is working out more than the liquid clen from what im hearing lol

Which works out 20 days a bottle - which isnt bad.

Im really confused after reading this thread :S

I think im gon open up a new thread for the correct dosage for Adco-Ketotifen lol

U can try 2x5mls zetofen (2mg adco zetofen) It didn't work for me but everyone is different so it may work for you.

Like what made you come to that conclusion? You stopped getting Clen sides?

I conclude it wasn't working for me. When I increased the dose I got no sides. I understand that the sides go away after a while but you would still expect them to be there on days that you increse the dose.

I obviously have no proof to show if its working or not which is why I specifically made it clear that I am not saying that zetofen doesnt work.
