Might be a good idea. I agree that you could probaly jump back on cycle and get that mass back, but it would be a good idea to find out where your hormone levels are at (test prolactin, the works). This way you will know if you previous PCT was the problem and fix it accordingly in future cycles. You don't want this happening again!
On the aside I'm sure your clean diet is fine but are those 300g protein part of I'd say at least around 3000 cal?

I reckon I need to get a proper cycle together to get back to
86kg with 9%...
