I have had full blood tests done for test, not sure what else I need done?

Is the blood work recent and what were your estrogen and other sex hormone levels?

You said the tamoxifen was helping, are you still seeing positive results with it?

hmm, not really no, still bad... its worse on my right than my left... maybe it is, not sure.... your mind wonders when this stuff happens and i can't really point out if it is better or not... all i know is i have breast tissue, what sucks!!!! I will continue to use nolva and see after a week if I have better results.

If you got the cash get the parlodel before your tests. Make sure you measure as much as you can, test, est, prog, prolac, etc...

Of course it will be best for us to get the tests first so we can try pin down the problem first. But I understand your desperation far exceeds my curiosity....

Right

Positive feedback, my gyno is 99% gone, by doing nothing other than carry on using the letro (maybe first bottle was a botch) as i'm doing well on less dose than the first bottle (1.5mg pd) as aposed to 2/2.5mg pd. The only thing different is I have stopped the propecia (which now i find my prostrate is starting to well, (urinating often / small ammounts)) and stopped taking frequent doses of hCG. Ontop of that I have taken quite a bit of B6

What troubles me is that none of those above mentioned things I have stopped should agrovate progesterone / increase the levels? I am still going to purchase Parlodel and use at 2.5mg a day closer to the end of the cycle, just wondering how i should tapper it down and when to stop using it?

Say 30 tabs / use 2.5 mg for what lengh of time and tapper down to what untill what day of my cycle, last week or right down to PCT? or used during PCT?

I don't think the 19-nor from your previous cycle could really have any influence and find the parlodel to be pointless, but I understand your over caution.

It could be that the first bottle of letro was bunk, but it could also be that the gyno that came so quickly may have taken time to respond to the lowered estrogen, so the tissue gradually disappeared and thus you only noticed effects now. I'm only guessing here because we don't have any blood work to see if the first bottle did effectively lower your estrogen.

Either way I'm glad that your gyno has subsided.
You could introduce pregnyl and then subsequently to that the HCG to see if these effect the gyno but I think that now if you stay on the letro and gradually taper the dose you'll be fine for the rest of the cycle.
Just get off the gear soon bro, your body needs the rest.

I told you that it will take time for the Letro to work... Anyway, Nandrolone and Trenbelone stays in your system for very long. Deca is known to cause issues even 1.5 years after usage, so still get the Parlodel.

Besides, it is impossible for one bottle of Letro to work and the next not to as they are still all made from the same batch of active. It's only the old red labeled ones that came from a different batch and different lab.

I'm sure the letro starting working quite quickly, it just took a while for the results on the breast tissue to show noticably.
Why I'm sceptical about the influence of the Tren from his previous cycle is since blood work showed good testosterone levels after his last cycle the remaining metabolites with progestin properties must be in very low concentrations. And given that the role of progestins in gyno is so low it seems unlikely that any circulating progestins from the previous cycle have a residual effect.

Of course there's no harm in using the parlodel for raised prolactin to be safe. ;)
