Yes gonna try cut fat together with three-six months of clen depending on if I feel it still working. Been off caffeine for about two months now so my receptors will be nice and fresh when I start. Gonna cycle clen mon, tues, thurs and fri with no ketotifen this time

What was/is your bodyfat? You look quite lean judging by your arms.

What doses of clen are you going to use and are you doing the two weeks on two weeks off, or just going Mon TuesThurs Fri?

And why no ketotifen?

Probaby start clen from 25mcg. Dunno my body %, never did. Ketotifen costs too much and I was on a minimal dose which wasn't helping so I would need a higher dose so I'll end up using a bottle a week, would rather spend the cash on more clen or heat, or paying rent. Nope no two weeks on two weeks off, maybe towards the end of the cycle so Im pretty much using a two days on-off cycle. I just chose to modify it this way for my own reasons. Previously I did a two weeks on off cycle in combo with the keto but the keto just wasnt helping. I was also a big coffee drinker prior to this which may have had an influence

Rents always good What about Betasleep-the Diphenhydramine HCI-its pretty cheap and upregulates the beta receptors. I don't think its as effective as ketotifen, but does the job.

Additionally, injectable diphenhydramine can be used for life threatening reactions (anaphylaxis) to allergens such as bee stings

This product is intended for occasional use. Not to be used on successive nights or over periods exceeding several days.

Anyway, I came across it on another board when I did my first clen cycle. In the states its an anti histamine, but here it's sold as a sleeping aid-active ingredient in Betasleep.

I've used it continuously for 3-4 weeks when I was doing a clen cycle with no problems. I found that the clen still lost its effectiveness, but not quite as quickly as when you take nothing, but still by week 4 its not doing much.

Take it at night as it can make you drowsy, but I didn't really find it did.
