Looks good to me:
Whats your tribulus dose going to look like out of interest? Also you might want to run the Kessar for a week longer but what you got there should do the trick nicely;)
Dont expect the world though but at least you can be fairly safe in the knowledge that what you gain you will most likely keep, up your var dose around week 4 if you want the gains to come on quicker;) eat right, and take something for your joints (eg. Flaxseed and glucosamine).
Peace

Hey Fakey, Im also on Var at the mo...but at 60mg pd...Var is pretty mild so I upped it from the beginning. I`ll be on for 8 weeks. Last 4 weeks I will up to 80mg pd and add 80 - 100MG of clen pd.

Started supplementing a testo booster/tribulus last week. Not sure if it actually adds any value though. The milk thistle Im going to do as well in the last four weeks just to keep the liver in check. I won`t be doing the kessar pct though. Although var is mild it might shut you down but so far I don`t have a problem in that area. B) Drinking a ton of water too. B)

Im using the Biogen Testo Gen... Im not 100% convinced about tribulus on its own and the Biogen has tribulus as well as a combo of other products...

Well if I were you I would start taking the milk thistle asap, preferably starting from today. Not too sure about the back pain, I dont see why it would cause lower back pain unless your kidneys are taking strain...so just drink lots of fluids as you already mentioned. Are you taking creatine?

creatine and glutamine...drinking alot of water B) Possibly not enough though but most days Im on the road alot...finding a place to pee is a schlep

Im finding that when I hit the treadmill on cardio days my lower back muscles tighten up to the point that I cannot run anymore.

The creatine may be having strain on your kidneys and thats why you're getting lower back pain. But if you are drinking lots of water, you should be fine, Im thinking you are needing about five litres a day. 2 litres as your normal intake, an extra litre because of the creatine and approximately another 2 litres to make up for water consumed during your workouts

Yep, three litres is way too little. Increase your water intake and see if it helps with the lower back pain, if not have it checked out

Fakey: from personal experience i would say animal stack or ON tribulus, i have used the ON tribulus and zma off cycle before just to maintain and actually ended up gaining about 2 kgs lean muscle over about 3 months, so its good stuff. And take it from the begining will make your cycle more effective (higher test levels).
Barbell: You definately should have been taking the milk thistLe from day 1. As for the lower back issue, if it is more in the region of the top top part of your glute it could be due to the var pump especially during cardio, i get it there sometimes. If its more to the area just below the middle of your back on either side and away from the glute muscles i would think kidneys are to blame and sting gave you the solution;)
Peace

Use some cranberry extract at about 500mg three times a day. That will probably help detox the kidneys also.

move to cee, I experience no kidney problems or BP issues... you still need extra water.. but you dont bloat like the monohydrate..

also do as vega said... also noted that taking lemon juice has helped me with apple cider vinegar...

The LP caps aren't always the same colour but my new bottle has pink and white caps. The old one had yellow and red caps but it does say the colours can change

So far all I got from LP Var are dry joints. No strength gains. I hope it kicks in next week.
