yeah...LP...pink and white...I must say...two weeks down the line and whether its the increase in my diet or the var Ive gone from 88 to 90. I haven`t taken a BF check but my abs are more visible, quads a bit more defined, my vascularity has increased and overall looks like Ive lost bodyfat. No major strength gains that I can record but my squats were up. If this is a sign of things to come, two weeks into the cycle, then hoohaah!
