Guys, I am struck out. I tore all my ligaments in my left ankle on the weekend-I am so depressed. all my hard work, dieting, training, changing my lifestyle, and for what? To be out for six weeks? I am determined to not let it get to me, but I need help please guys, advise, supplements to use, a change in diet, whatever; I need to keep my gains and what I have achieved. Should I consider using something to help heal the ligaments quicker? Deca?

all i can say is your body can absorb alot of protein do u honestly think the mr olypians only eat 400g of protein a day? not a fuck, i read online a while back that phil heath during his olympia prep is eating just under 700g of protein a day... look at gary strydom, he eats over 8000calories a day,he goes through a box of iso pro protien a DAY...and thats not including the vitargo and other meals of the day. if your body can handle it u can up that protein to 80g 7-8 times day, its all depending on what your body can handle...

I am, and will train my upper body for the next couple of weeks. It is just so demotivating because all my progress on my legs that I have made up until now will be lost. It makes me truly bleak because I have been pouring my guts out into this whole lifestyle. Guys, how do you keep motivated. I definitely need a boost right now...
