Winstrol/Clen Combination

Yep, anabolic activity only in rats.
But its anti-catabolic activity is supposed to stem from interferring with cortisol.
Of course this is only at lower doses, when taking higher cutting doses of clen you actually increase cortisol and also get that jump in metabolism that we use for weight loss.

You have to use clen for longer than 2weeks to benefit from its anabolic effect. When you cycle it 2weeks on, 2weeks off, you only get the fatloss benefit. Clen produces its greatest fatloss in the first week, and the anabolic effects starts from about week 5 or 6.
Bottom line, use it with Zetofen for minimum 6weeks continiously to get all the benefits.
It has been discussed that you should start the Zetofen a few weeks before the clen, but your receptors doesn't shut down immediately when starting the clen. It takes maybe 2weeks. So you can start the two at the same time. By the time your receptors are down, the Zetofen is kicking in.

when used with t3 it can be used for longer duration as t3 upgrades beta cells apparently

I think I'm immune to clen because this is now the third time I've been on it and have never noticed the serious fat reduction that people talk about. I think I have a lot of brown fat cells!!!

Well the idea is not really that its anabolic but rather that its anti-catabolic. Nobody ever put on muscle using clen but people use it in PCT to prevent muscle wasting.
The idea is that clen interfers with the action of cortizol, at least in part by binding the glucocorticoid receptor, but mostly by interfering with the GC receptors DNA interactions via signalling pathway crosstalk (a phenomenon where one signalling pathway interfers with another signalling pathway that usually results in an unrelated outcome).

Off topic a bit but still under Winstrol, a winstrol 50mg a day cycle for say 30 days, how badly do you think it would shut you down, do you think you would need to cycle HCG? Or just Nolva? Or would that just depend on the individual and you would have to make that call yourself?

If I was a good few months out from my last cycle then I'd personally get away with just nolva. To close to my last recovery then I'd add in the HCG, but probably only around 1500iu

P.S. Something else I came across in rats on the clen issue is that while cortisol promotes a shift to slow twitch endurance muscle fibres clenbuterol has the opposite effect shifting to more muscular fast twitch fibres in skeletal muscle...
