Didnt you say you wanted to hit some GH as well..or did that work to expensive?

I decided to rather do the GH beginning next year because the cycle would have overlappped with a planned vacation to Mozambique in the June school holidays.

I will not forget. You can expect my next mail on Monday morning after I weighed myself post training. Cycle and diet are going very well, just concerned about pain in shoulders and left forearm. Will monitor and adjust training accordingly.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

I am currently taking 2 X 1000mg Flaxseed caps per day. Will buy some Omega 3-6-9 caps and also take that.
I get pain with all exercises where my arms are higher than my shoulders eg. Dumbell shoulder presses, Dumbell incline chest presses, machine shoulder presses, bicep curls with cables, ect. I find it much better if I warm up with very light weights(4kg) standing with arms sideways 90 deg pointing downwards and then up X 20.(Like a person bringing in a aeroplane on a runway - don't know if it makes sense?)

drop the flax oil...dont get 3,6 and 9 your diet has enough 6 and 9 omega's in it and u need to up the omega 3's..more benefitial... do rotator cuff warm ups and dont rush into things...train around your injury,if shoulder presses are getting in your way then drop them, concentrate of doing front raises, side lateral raises rear delt flys shrugs and go to the 45 degree row machine and use the tricep rope on there...keep your elbow flared out and pull the rope towards your face...keeping shoulders high...that should hit the rear delts... dont do cables for biceps.. your bicep routine should all be single arm motions as to cut out your back being used,do seated dumbell curls, seated hammer curls and single sided concentration/preacher curls... will make your biceps work harder and your back wont come into play...

Get the Salmon oil - its better.

NB - I have(had) the same problem with the shoulders. Warming up with the different rotato cuff exercises works nicely but doesnt take the pain away totally. I try to push less weight but add reps - slowish with continued stress. This is the only way around for me.

But then my problem is more the AC-Joint than Rotator cuff. Rugby battery starting to catch up loads after 40.

Hey Jack, Cycle and diet is going very well. Since start of cycle and after 5 weeks I went from 86kg to 92,2kg. Strength is up by 10 to 20% and it seems like I dropped a bit of fat as well.

Pump - I'm also on 9g of Omega 3 fish oil per day. It works wonders for joints(shoulder and knee pain)

Yeah, the Du Plessis brothers give away too many penalties and are over aggressive(Pharmagrade or UG labs??), John Smit is past his sell by date and the import flyhalf is more bad than Goode(get it?). Ruan also makes regular stupid mistakes.
