Must be pharma if you that agressive... john smit doesn't really do much anymore, goode I don't know he seems to kick like a machien 6 / 6 from some serious places on the field. Ruan does make mistakes and needs to catch a wake up.. and the rest of our team must understand they can't drop kick! we have world class players that can't play as a team.

Think they just a little confused with golf and rugby, lowest score does not mean you win.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

Good one! I was bit confused with you refering to the sharks. Then i remember you must be refering to the goldfish from durban. There aint no shark in that gappi tank

Hey NB1

How is your progress going with your cycle and diet from DJ.
How is your body responding?

I am starting in 2 weeks same structured cycle as yours but just test E in the place of your test C. and i am also going to get a diet from DJ next week.

Ek is nuuskierig hahaha ;)

@Roozer - I will have BF measured in a week's time and then post % here, but I can definitely notice a difference. My last pin of cycle will be 20 May and PCT ends 4 July.

SNOK - No there was no ice available at gym and from hurting it to home was about 20 min. Just took a hot bath and afterwards put a Transact plaster on it. It was the most terrible feeling, like a gunshot/snap, going down on 10th rep of 1st set standing calve raises. Didn't warm-up calves as we did shoulders this morning and had time to spare, so quickly tried to do 3 sets of calves.

Hoe de F%$ kry jy dit reg.

My skouer het 4 jaar terug geskiet, onmiddelik blou en pers.

Get your ass to the doc that they can just check it before further injury, not to be negative bud, but my shoulder is still giving me kak. But i didnt listen.

Strongs bud hope it is not too serious. ;)
