no no no, do not use proviron during your pct,use it when on the cycle, dont taper the clen from 40 - 120,rather start at 80mcg for a week and then 120mcg for a week,if u are hardcore u can just start at 120mcgs for the 2 weeks,use a yohimbine based product from start to finish(sculpt/reverzine) and use an eca in the 2 weeks off the clen. every 3rd week take 1 betasleep tab a day before bed.use clomid for 7days at 50mg a day,and then 20mg kessar post that for 21 days.

Week 1 - 8: Tbol 50mg/day
Week 1 - 10: Proviron 40mg/day
Week 1 - 8: Clen 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off - tapering up from 40mcg to 120mcg
Week 7 - 10: Nolva 40mg/day

What about a lower dose test only, 300-400 mg + std PCT (clomid + Nolva)

@DJ: Just want to clarify why proviron must not be used in pct. It does not suppress the HPTA and it surely can be a good addition to keep libido up, estrogen low and increase sperm motility. A friend of mine, who has just won his division at IFBB nationals, swears by using proviron in addition to his standard pct.

@Fox: A low dose of test could be an option, he would just have to be aware of water weight & bulk associated with test (even at low doses from my experience). I think he also mentioned something about avoiding aromitizing compounds because of acne. Lets see what the gurus have to say.

i follow what conan says(one of the most knowledgeable men i have ever met,with about 15 years experience in this game) he says dont use proviron so i dont do it,at the end of the day its still a steroid,u shouldn't be using steroids during pct any way.

Proviron does suppresses Lutenizing Hormones and what are we trying to achieve during our Post Cycle Therapy it to raise Lutenizing Hormones levels in attempt to have non responsive testes increase testosterone

By using Proviron we prevent/slow this process down

I agree with DJ. I would use it to bridge from last shot to start of pct. 2 weeks for long esters.

@StuartF: Surley the water retention can be managed during cycle, at least limited to a greater extent? What about test eth and a little arimidex during?

I won't be using proviron in pct again. Most of the studies done on proviron show that it has no effect on gonadotropin levels however there has been instances where proviron was found to suppress Lutenizing Hormones. Thanks pump & DJ.

@Fox: I'm sure the water retension could be managed by using proviron, a-dex etc, and also using short ester - test prop. However if chriswick's goal is to achieve a model physique with a bit of extra lean, ripped muscle, I would stick to compounds that are more anabolic & less androgenic. Having said this, I also agree that a light coarse of test prop could be an option.
