Yes, thanks DJ, thats wat i was thinking also. THats what i mean when i say deca100.
Deca300 is the long esther 1.

Her diet will be adjusted when on the AS.
Her diet will look mostly like this. I will have to go work out the calories and so on:
06:00-whey shake+fruit
training
07:30-50g oats+whey
10:00-chic breast with veggies
13:00-2hake filets with 100g sweet potatos
16:00-chic breast with 8egg whites,2yellows
19:30-2hake fillets or 2 chic breasts with salad
20:00-whey shake
before bed-pure protein.

As i said,that is moslty. I will have to go check calories and so on for her weight.
Her current diet.has been changed to get her ready for shows,but mainly:

06:00-07:00training
07:30-25g oats+whey shake or 5 egg whites
10:00-4egg whites+rice cake or rice cake with peanut butter
13:00-hake fillet with veggies
16:00-8egg whites or whey shake
19:30-hake fillet with salad

What u think?

i think that she is starving herself thats whay i think. she is probaly consuming about 900calories on her diet....

I have told her to eat more carbs and some fats. But she often skips the oats and just does egg whites. As she gets closer to shows,she starves herself abit.

I was consuming only about 1600calories before i really start hardening up..
I really hold carbs back alot...cant go over 2000calories or i dont burn fat fast enough...stand still. She is the same. She picks up weight quickly when she has more carbs...not just water weight. Weight that sticks for a month.

well the reason u are not loosing fat fast enough is because you are slowing down the metabolism to a snails pace,then on top of that u are starving the body,then training and doing a ton of cardio and well pushing cortisol levels up...leptin levels drop and well fat loss halts,hence u have to keep on dropping caloires all the time,i have got quite a few guys on the forum dieting on 2200 calories,no cardio,just training hard and dropping 1.0-1.5kgs a week depending on the fat burners you are using.

by dropping you calories to low u are doing more damage than good.

I understand that and do agree with it 100%. Only start cutting calories 2 weeks from a show.
I have tried her on a 1200calorie diet and she picked up weight and wasnt leaning out.
Her weight isnt the problem for tho,its the bf. Im fine. My dieting strat works for me,but she has been uping and downing calories for 6months with not much bf reduction.
On my diet,from the start to the 1st to 12 week,i always lose 1-2kg's in weight a week. Its her bf i want to get down. She is down now to 53kg's at 166cm. She is bikini built. But her first show she was at 50 on stage and that was on 1250-1500 calorie diet.

I always start doing cardio bout 4-6 weeks from a show if im stressing a bit.

I talked to her last nite about the cycle she wanted to do and said im dont like the idea and she said she agrees. I said we can get her on supplements,BCAA's,ZMA,maybe some test boosters and protein powders with her increased calories to give her good muscle and increase her fat burning abilities.

What u think? Posible and better idea?

She does cardio every day. Once and sometimes twice a day. She pushes really REALLY hard,thats why i really feel bad for her and want to help more. She does these 1000calorie a day burning sessions where she gets on a treadmill or bike and just goes balls to the walls nuts untill shes burnt a 1000 calories.But this happens maybe once a week.
She has 1 every sunday.(with me). I know the importance of it. Sometimes she skips it for a week,but always has one cheat meal atleast every 10 days.

I really do think its her estrogen keeping her back. She told me that if she was a man,she would be dripping from the juice,we are *pussies*. lol. She justs wants to excell very badly and i want her to do better and she always gets 2nd place,2nd place...over and over. She deserves 1st in my eyes,but owel...

Thats why i thought test would help. Natural or synthetic. Maybe those supplements with just var or win tabs...

how many weeks out is she? she needs to do this, cut the cardio back to 500cal once a day. she is over doing the cardio,she needs to take 1 day off of diet completely and eat healthy carbs,300-500g of carbs for the day...she needs to add about 3 -4 portions of fibrous veg to her diet, and maybe 10-15g of carbs to some of her meals,if she is constipated then there is the first sign of over training,if she is battling to fall asleep and wake up thats the 2nd sign,if she hasnt had a decent nights sleep in a while then there is to much work being done... she can even add in 1egg yolk per egg white meal,either you or her must email me,i will help do what i can...

i suggest if you say she has got an estrogen problem u get her some yohimbine based burners such as sculpt and beesting. that will get rid of most stubborn estrogen related fat....

She has used Heat,lava,lava sticks and so on. She gets used to them easily. She sleeps like a baby and even during the day. She is a personal trainer and has the time to sleep.
We have SA's this friday and the show is saterday...After that is when i want her to get more muscle and get leaner so she can ease her way into figure hopefully.

Maybe use yohimbe whilst she is in her *off-season* while higher calories and harder training (weights) wil be done.
She has done a little bit of clen and t3. But this shrinks her fast. She likes it alot,but I let her ease in at 1/2 a pill a day to highest 1 and a half a day of both.
She is done now.

Yes, it does,but she gets smaller,not leaner...dono how to explain. Like she losses muscle and not fat. lameness. Maybe a higher dosage? She likes clen 2

Hey Romp3L...how sure are you that it's an estrogen problem? Just really curious because at 1200 cals and 1000 cals, I cant drop bf. For my first cycle last year I was eating around 800 cals and I know its low but it worked for me. So after playing with higher cals, for a year, I still got nowhere. The last month I've gone back to eating 800 cals, HIIT cardio 3x a week, I dont get hungry and I've dropped 2 kg (with carb ups once a week). Its low cals and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone but its the only thing that seems to be working for me

I know what u mean. I only lose weight aswell on very low cals. She is the same. We cut it every now and then and she deoes drop the weight,but gains it again once she picks up the cals for a day or two.
She trains really hard and it doesnt show like it should.
