Hi Guys,
I’m new to the site but not new to cycles (haha!!).
I have a two questions to ask.
A few months ago I was on a 6 week cycle, containing the following:
T3,Clen, Reverzine, Anavar and every third day NPP – all of them were low doses as my spouse is very caustios when it comes to cycles for woman.
I’ve done well, I’ve lost 6kg and 6% body fat over a period of 3 months, but I think the majority of weight and body fat was lost on my 6 week cycle.(this included hard training with weights and cardio)
I recently started taking birth control as my monthly cycle was totally “confuckulated” if I may say. But now I want to start with a new cycle as I need to shed the last 10kg to be back to my body/figure I was before I had my baby two years ago.
1. I’m only on the birth control for a month now, will it be to soon to start the cycle, as my spouse thinks it will mess my monthly cycle around as I am trying to get it in order at this moment in time?
2. If I use the same cycle, will it have an effect on me while I’m on the birth control? What would you recommend?
My weight has stagnated now, and I really do struggle to lose those last few kilo’s, my spouse did inform me to do more cardio but with a baby waking up more than 3 times a night it’s difficult to get up early morning to do cardio before going to work.
I do weight training 5 days a week, high intensity, 4 sets of 15 to 20 reps, with cardio in between sets.
I’m currently on heat just to maintain the weight but to be honest, I do not see a difference – I can feel the heat working as I have the shakes and energy but don’t see any weight loss. On the other hand, my man lost a lot of cm’s around his weist and that p@#d me off (why do men lose weight so quickly and us women struggle so much..)
Anycase, if you could get back to me with regards to the birth control I would appreciate it, as I would love to start with my cycle ASAP to get rid of these last few kilo’s. I want to look hot for my man again, if you know what I’m saying !!!

Thanks
Lolliepop

Hi Lolliepop,

Much better that you started your own thread. I'm a big believer in plenty low intensity cardio while on a fat loss diet. I'm not too knowledgeable on birth control and cycles so I'm sure some of the other members will comments on that.

You might want to look at your diet as you're on all the right substances.

Thanks Vega. Sorry for the oops I made on your thread, will not happen again.

I started with the low intensity cardio last night and must say I felt good after it, just wish it was easier in the mornings though.

I baught the fighter diet from Pauline Nordin and started with it last week, but then fell ill with runny tummy. But I've been back on track with it this week and must say my appetite is back (so quickly - wow).
Just wonder how I am going to keep up with all those greens and no carbs. I guess I'll manage. :)

Hope some of the other guys can give me advise on the birth control and juice as I need to get rid of those unwanted kilo's

rather wait for your hormones to come back to normal before you cycle again, better to be safe than sorry.

2. If I use the same cycle, will it have an effect on me while I’m on the birth control? What would you recommend?

the pill will be ineffective when on cycle, the pill already signals your body's oestrogen's and progesterone's negative feedback system which will in turn be affected by the dht derivatives so its nice to stay on the pill so that when you come off, it's like a female 'pct' so you get your normal hormone levels back far more easily.

men have less fat due to lower oestrogen (fat storing hormone), high testosterone (fat burning) (but it's the balance between the hormones that's important) and more muscle mass=faster metabolism

Hi DJ,
I'll start with the last things first.
Cardio wise: I do stair climber, fitness flyer & cycle before and after my weight training.
Then in between my supersets I do jump squats, step ups,
Scissor jumps & jumping lunges. All of these are high intensity, and I
Don't rest in between.

Diet wise:mornings high fibre bran no milk no sugar I just add bit of hot
Water to make it soft.10h00 whey protein 30gr;12h00 cucumber, lettace, asparagus,
green pepper with either egg whites or 100gr
Chicken;15h00 whey protein again then I'm off to the gym at 15h30
For my workout. Then @ 18h00 it would be lettace and cucumber with one raw tomato and chicken
of 100gr.Nothing after that for the night.

Last time I used T3 was in July.

lolliepop, what birth control pill are you using?

Yasmin is better if you want to avoid gaining weight. Triphasil will make you gain weight and Depo-Provera will turn you into a hipo and you will have no hope for 6 months. Whatever you do NEVER take the Depo-Provera injection, NEVER!!!! It's very bad for your health and one of the main reasons we see black woman with fat asses the size of Africa.

Oh and I must add that depo-provera don't turn woman into nice friendly hipos... those that we get in the Okavango. It makes them into angry, abusive, sweaty, yelling, smelling of menstrual blood hipos, so avoid it at all costs.
