Admin, is this a prescription one? just thinking about it now and maybe this is the problem I have, always used triphasil as it's easy to get, it doesn't affect my weight gain but maybe it's why I struggle to cut

Yes, Yasmin is a prescription drug, but a GP will give you a prescription if you ask. No need to go see a Gynecologist for this one. Side-effects are pretty low compared to the others.

The best birth control for woman preparing for competition is the Novaring as it's effect on hormones are minimal. Problem is that most find it to uncomfortable.

Like you mentioned triphasil is easy to get and cheap, but it does cause weight gain in most woman. You can always go for a IUD, but not sure if you want to go through all that...

other than that, your actual weight training also needs to be correct, no girly-ass weights..go hard and heavy or go home.. don't be scared to lift more than the boyfriend..

ok there is alot of problems with this diet,it lacks alot of protein and fats and carbs.

breakfast : high fiber bran : how much? how many grams?personally ditch this for oats or something like that.where is the protein source? u need protein in 6-7meals of your day. 10h00 whey and??? u need some form of energy in this meal.
12h00 cucumber,lettace,asparagus,green pepper with either egg whites or 100gr Chicken : probably the first proper meal of the day but still lacking an energy source from either fats or carbs
15h00 whey protein again then I'm off to the gym at 15h30
For my workout.Then @ 18h00 : this is an extremely long work out with only 1 carb meal in the whole entire day being at breakfast,you need to dorp the whey for some solid form of food be it fish,chicken,or steak with a carb source here,u need carbs to train on.

dinner should be protein and veg,alot more fibrous veg such as brocolli etc with your chicken and some fat source...

before you go to bed you need some more protein in either the form of a slow release protien or a solid protien meal...

your fat loss has stagnated as you have slowed your metabolism right down and have been starving the body.
