Is this the right cycle for me? I'm 24 I weigh 80kg's and 178cm tall

Ok i'm a complete newby right here and I have been doin research for about a month now! My aim is to get a lean hard muscular look sort of like taylor lautner in new moon! So from my research I've found a diet for a cutting cycle for bodybuilders and I've lost 6 kilo's in the last 2 months on this diet and doin some hiit training with running only, no weight trainin ok only two sessions of weights anyway i'm down to 80 kilo's now and stil would like to lose another 6 kilo's of fat and build maybe another 4 kilo's of muscle givin me a net weight of 78 kilo's wen i'm done. I plan doin testocyp250 and test eth300 with some wini and nolva to prevent the bloatedness and water retention caused by aromatization! I wanna do a ten week cycle. Am I on the right track? Also ppl don't really give good examples of pct to use I've just thought this cycle up on my own i'm gonna start this in a months time. Any ideas for me?

if you have been doing no weight training i dont advise you jump into a cycle.. Your body wont be ready for the strength kick when it comes and you are just gonna pick up an injury.. rather do some more weight lifting for a bit then carry on with cycle ideas.. my 2c

I agree with CHAPEL first do a few months of weight training to get your natural strength and technique right. Otherwise I personally think you gonna put to much strain on your body in a short about of time.

Also how old are you Lsuarez and have you done any weight training before? This would give us a better clue as if you really need to go on a cycle now.

I've trained with weights on and off and really hav struggled to put any muscle on I mean noticable muscle since I've been overweight do quite a while my plan is to gym for a month without juice and then start the cycle my muscles take really really long to heal when I weight train thats why I thought it would be good to do the test as it also assists wit quicker healin of the muscles am I right?

short answer. no...

first spend 2 or 3 years, 3-5 days a week lifting and then when u really hit that plateu
consider "juicing".

your ligaments wont be strong enough to start with, not sure if u have training routine perfected
yet, your diet seems to be working so keep that up..

just saying get all the other areas perfected before you consider klapping the juice.. ;)

dont count the days, make every day count

If you train on and off you will never get past that phase of initial pain and stiffness. You need to commit to a proper weight training schedule for a number of months. Your recovery will improve as your body becomes accustomed to it.

Another thing, if you are carrying much excess fat, firstly muscle gain will be less noticeable, secondly if you are dieting to lose fat your muscle gain will be less significant.

In short, you dont need steroids, you need to weight train regularily and eat well

Um, but im scared of needles...

if you want to look like taylor lautner take some pics and have them photo-shopped. he doesnt look like that in real life. and come on man you can have higher goals than that!;)
listen to what everybody is telling you, don't take juice now.

steroids aren't just some magic shit that will make you look perfect. it helps you to work harder and without the proper PROPER basis (diet, diet, diet, training and more diet) you won't achieve anything positive. you will just waste your time and money and damage your body.

Seriously - hit the weights for a while longer. As the guys correctly stated - going from lifting NO weights to jumping on cycle is not a good idea.

Also - when you are ready, choose 1. Cyp and enanthate are both long ester tests. No use using both in a 10 week cycle as they are pretty much identical in their composition.'

Check out the sticky entitled "what a first cycle should look like" to get an idea.

Thanks for the advice rowan and to everyone else the thing is my goal is to hav a certain look guys I know some guys wanna be really huge I just want good cut shape a hard look. A friend of mine here in pe was totally skinny in november last year started gymin for his first time in december and immediately went on testocyp and test e and my word his got great shape even a little bigger than I wanna be so I thought it would be a nice kick start to juice maybe in the second month anyway that was just my thinkin guys feel free to comment further!

Boet, diet and PROPER training will get you there, without the risk and expense of roids. For what you want there is no need to juice.
Seriously, contact DJ, he will get you there faster and cheaper and without risk. It's a no-brainer really.

I'm on a diet currently though and its really been workin wonders for me this past 2 months thats why i'm reluctant to change my diet guys! Anyway last question wat you guys think about somethin lighter then? like primo and proviron? Lol i'm really excited to see the shape guys i'm totally flat in my muscles honestly!

I go 4 days wit high protein low carbs 20g/day and then 3 days high protein and carbs @ 100g/day and drink lotsa water actually water is all I drink at all! My protein sources are egg's about 6 per day, beef burger patties 2 per day, chicken about 2 pieces per day and I substitute the chicken for Fish hake on certain days. I'm not using a protein shake yet but with the hiit i'm really losing weight well! I don't eat any veggies though sori guys I just cannot get veg down my throat xse!

bud what part about dont use steroids didnt u understand from everyone telling u? 20 g carbs then high protein? ummm i think not bud,look u want the rock hard look,i help guys prep for shows,dont get any more rock hard and lean that that bud...

at the end of the day if your nutrition is not 100% u are wasting your money on juice,its like building a house and all u have is bricks (steroids) no foundation(protein) cemenet(carbs) and water(fats) u are not gonna go any where without those bud... i can guarentee u the results you want if you follow my plans to the t and get back to me with feed back etc.

if u want to loose weight cut off your arm and leg,bang 20kgs gone,if u wanna loose fat diet and cardio! but u need to put on muscle at the same time...

DJ I've been on the atkins diet before and I've lost 15 kilo's I've come from 101kilo's to 85kilo's and I've kept that weight off for 2 years before I started dietin again the one I've just mentioned earlier. I'd been losing slower on my recent one but i'm sure its not all water weight since I've kept the other weight off so long! If I show you pics i'm sure you'd agree
