you are losing the little muscle mass you do have on that useless diet. go to the contact us tab and email DJ. he doesnt have "a" diet. he creates custom diets. (he does charge but everyone who has used him agrees its worth it by far!) juice should be the furthest thing from your mind now. get a proper diet and proper weight training routine and you will be amazed with the results! good luck
