I thought that bodyfat was what you meant
I have had a little bit of acne on my back, nothing serious at all though, and also I've noticed extra hair growth on my shoulders. Also not a train smash though, I just pull them out, there are maybe 10 or 20 on each shoulder. Other than that side effects have been quite minimal and other than in my training (strength/recovery) and the extra muscle mass, I haven't felt any different than I did before I started. Aggression is there but for me it always has been and I don't see it being any worse than usual..haha
Yeah bud, I would wait those 2 months, keep the diet nice and clean and cardio...it's worth the try! that said, I was also at about 13% bodyfat when I started and I'm now probably at 10% or so (need to go and get that checked again, thanks for reminding me!); abs are showing really nicely and I think that's what I'm probably most chuffed about. We're all different though so most people might gain extra fat on a cycle. Again, I think diet makes a big diff.
What are your goals for your cycle, just a basic bulk?
