Hey buddy,

Sorry about the lack of updates, I got a bit bored with posting each week...haha

Still alive and kicking, on week 11 of my cycle now, will be taking my last jab on Sunday.

I spent a week out of the gym thanks to a nice bout of tonsillitis, which sucked quite badly, took me a week to get my endurance back up after that so essentially 2 weeks of my cycle were wasted.

I haven't made that many gains over the past couple of weeks probably due to the fact that I've restricted my carbs a bit, definition and separation has been coming along really nicely though! Next time around I am definitely going to up the carbs and do a proper bulk because I've gained 7kg so far but lost a lot of fat, arms, etc are still growing but very, very slowly compared to the beginning of my cycle. Strength is still awesome though, benching 130kg for 5 sets of 6 reps which I'm quite chuffed about; I really hope to keep the vast majority of my strength gains post-cycle.

So you're saying that you've actually managed to drop fight while on this cycle?

I,Ve been tempted to try this for sd long but just cannot get my BF below 13%.

To you reckon I'll be able to drop my BF to 10% even while taking d.bol/test etc?


Also what was your water retention like?

I haven't dropped weight, I've gained a fair amount (lean mass) but I have lost bodyfat at the same time. I think it can be done with the right diet...this was not really my goal on this cycle, my goal was to bulk without gaining too much fat and then do a nice cutting cycle at a later stage. I think my mistake was too few carbs, to be honest.

I've had zero water retention from the dbol or test, as I have been running 0.2mg of Letrozole EOD throughout my cycle (started a week before my first shot), and this seems to have squashed any estrogen in my system almost completely. I have not experienced the heightened sex drive that most guys report on a test cycle, no water retantion at all, and now especially in week 12 my joints ate taking quite a bit of strain.

I will be running my cycle for 15 weeks now, so 500mg this Sunday, 500mg the following Sunday and then the last 300mg I have left the final Sun.

Sorry, i meant "body fat" - not weight.

I've cracked my Blackberry screen so it's a bit difficult to post on here.

Did you get any problems with acne at all?

Also wanted to go the Letro route to keep away the water retention and gyno.


I really have been struggling to get rid of the fat around my abs and kidney area for a while and so scared that this cycle will only make it worse.
(currently at 13%)


I've been dieting naturally and doing cardio for a while now and the best bet would probably be to wait for 2 months or so and see if I can't get rid of all the access body fat before I start a cycle.

Unfortunately by then we are already in October and I need to be done with cycle and PCT by middle December at the latest.

So if I wait another 2 months to see if I can drop the BF naturally I've actually got to wait until middle January to start my cycle.

I thought that bodyfat was what you meant :)

I have had a little bit of acne on my back, nothing serious at all though, and also I've noticed extra hair growth on my shoulders. Also not a train smash though, I just pull them out, there are maybe 10 or 20 on each shoulder. Other than that side effects have been quite minimal and other than in my training (strength/recovery) and the extra muscle mass, I haven't felt any different than I did before I started. Aggression is there but for me it always has been and I don't see it being any worse than usual..haha

Yeah bud, I would wait those 2 months, keep the diet nice and clean and cardio...it's worth the try! that said, I was also at about 13% bodyfat when I started and I'm now probably at 10% or so (need to go and get that checked again, thanks for reminding me!); abs are showing really nicely and I think that's what I'm probably most chuffed about. We're all different though so most people might gain extra fat on a cycle. Again, I think diet makes a big diff.

What are your goals for your cycle, just a basic bulk?

Well this is the tricky part.

Gaining muscle and loosing fat at the same time!
Jip, I'll probably get crucified for this as everyone will say you've got to either Bulk or Cut - not both!

I realize that this is more of a bulking cycle and that prop/winny will be a better choice but this being my first cycle (basically) makes me want to avoid eod pinning.

Currently my calorie intake is close to maintanance and my diet is very clean.
I'm just so frastrated with not making any strength gains for a very long time.
