I would honestly start a cycle with Clen for 2 weeks, not using any other crap to help this and help that, then switch to Eph...

Just like cafeen, clen, eph, etc they are target our sympathetic nervous system, it does this by releasing NA (norepinephrine) and our bodies beta-2 agonist.

Well it actually targets the adrenergic receptors beta-1, beta-2 and beta-3, however beta-3 can't downregulate however increases thermogenesis over time. But Beta-1 and Beta-2 do downregulate, but remeber eph is non-selective so it will work after beta 1/2 have downregulated. So you can use eph for long periods of time and it will always be effective due to targeting the beta-3 receptor which can't downregulate.

This is the difference between Clen and Eph, Clen on the other hand is specific to beta 2 AR site. And then you can use Ketotifen which will attenuates the downregulation of the beta-2 site caused by Clen, or else T3 has also show to upregulate Beta-2.

Bottom line is, you can cycle Clen -> Eph which would be effective as the Eph will target the non downregulated beta-3 site, but back to Clen without a break would be a waste of time as this is not possible with Clen, so a week break using Beta-Sleep would do some wonders and make it somewhat more effective

No diphenydramine and ketotifen are two totally different things.. However some would say Ketotifen is far superior in upregulating the beta receptor as apposed to diphendyramine which does this by inhibiting phospholipase A2.

Same actually say ineffective at all, however I still like my belief use the Clen to start it off for 2/3 weeks then move to Eph...

Ok...so I'm into week 3.

Weight up to 120kg. Still high protein and moderate carbs. Strength is insane! Have noticed a slight bloat. Most work shirts can't button to the top. My workouts are great!

Have dropped the eca and clen mix as it made me feel terrible. Kind of zoned out.

Up to 122kg.

No fat. Bulk frame yes. Yet it seems as if I'm getting leaner around my abdomen. Just a bit of a puffy neck but not major. Really really more than I expected on superdeol and this low test. Happy!

Stopped the superdol. Kidneys taking a hammering. Very dark urine with reddish tinge.

Got cranberry extract. What else can I take? And will I have to stop the testosterone aswell?

That choice is yours, I wouldn't see the test being the problem at all, the problem is not using craberry while taking the oral, not drinking enough water or using these substances for to long a period..

Costs around R400, however you need to make sure you overdose on water now and you need to make sure you lay of the orals for awhile so rather stick to the test or else you going into orals for PCT and that is going to be even more strain, so probably for safety sake stick with it.

Listen to pump dude. His advise help bring my readings from chronic renal failure to normal. The heel detox kit is a huge help. Drop your protein by around half for the next 4 weeks as well. This is not the 1st time i have heard of pro hormones damaging a person. They just not worth it

ya i made the prohormone mistake, a result of impatience tbh not as a frontload or anything like you MCJ.. not lekker stuff could barely walk from the back pain and ended up in hospital a few days after finishing the cycle (k not entirely from the superbol but they picked it up in my blood checks or something haha) its made me pretty scared of touching orals again one things for sure, not gonna touch PH's again ha ha ha, lesson learned.

Just to mention Superdrol is NOT a prohormone!! Its made by LP and is a form of oral masteron / drostanolone. Active ingredient is methyldrostanolone. Its powerful stuff! In the past 8 years I have used dbol and anaps but def find this superdrol to be in a class of its own! Its better than dbol I find, but much harsher on the system.

I'm sure Admin and Netro can confirm what I said bout superdrol being a STEROID.

Super Anadrol from LP is a steroid...
