Haha, id love to comptete outside of the classics, but for now im still good. For my height i can weigh in at up to 82kg and still class as classic... I will decide my division closer to my next comp... It'll all depend on how far this goes... But for me there is no such thing as too big :D

Thats some serious back you got there! Cant wait to start my first cycle.... but i must be patient, still saving for my DJ diet and all the stuff i need, i just hope my body responds almost as good as yours spike! and ill be happy

Hahaha.Well here goes...

My back workout is dynamic so often changes, but this is what its based on.

I always start with wide grip pull ups (4 sets to exhaustion, no added weight)
Next is Deadlift, but only every 2nd week as I find it flattens me and the rest of my workout is almost a warm down after them. (4 sets of 4-8 reps)
Yesterday i did 3 heavy sets of bent over barbell rows (6-8 reps) and then 3 sets of light bent over barbell rows (10-12 reps.
Finished off with 3 sets of reverse machine flyes.

On weeks where i dont deadlift i would do some heavy cable rows and add in some close grip pull ups at the end of the workout.

So nothing too fancy, mainly pullups, deadlifts and barbell or cable rows.

Um, but im scared of needles...

Damn 4 sets of pull ups till failure to start with? That'll give a crazy pump but surely your other lifts suffer because of this?

I find thats just a nice warm up hey dg. Bear in mind that i dont fail at some ridiculous number, i go nice and slow, full down, full up... Normally rep around 10-12

ok, so im in week 6 of my cycle. Dropped of the little bit of water i had from the dbol and took the whole of last week off training due to work and time comstraints. Also have a spot of flu and a nasty cough so figured a weeks break would do me good. Back to gym last night. Weighed in at 80kg and strength was great. Benched 130kg for 5 reps, however im still sick and after my 4 sets of bench i was knackered, so did a few other quick sets then called it a night. Thinking i need to dose myself up to push past this flu and train at maximum. Am looking forward to the kick once the test makes it mark, and when that really gets going the naps will be added.

Um, but im scared of needles...

Yeah I had a bad bout of sinusitis last week so didn't train from weds to sat. Dose urself with few thousand mg of vit c. Always works for me

Argh jack, i looked at that airmune stuff tonight at the chemist... Have used acc200 before and it was magic. Just landed up buying 100 x 500mg Vit c tabs. Gonna be peeing lumo for a few days, but will flush this shit out.
Trained legs tonight and i took it easy but i still nearly passed out... I HATE being sick.
Weighed 80.5kg, which im happy with seen as last 2 days ive forgotten my water bottle at home so been drinking way less during workout and my regular weigh in is immediately post workout, so roughly same time every night. so considering i was bone dry, im happy that i havent lost anything this last week. Legs are starting to look like thet used to last cycle...

Um, but im scared of needles...

also guys seriously dont train when u sick. ur heart helps with fighting off the infection and is already under strain cos of this. the stress of exercise can see get a heart attack. rather tk the time off. rest..lets ur body and muscle recover and come back harder and stronger.

i agree. ive seen an otherwise perfectly healthy guy, have a heart attack while on the treadmill cause he had the flu... scary stuff.
