Hey fellas, well not all good here, ive been plagued by injuries this point in the cycle... Ruptured the collateral ligaments of the middle finger on my right hand playing rugby of course :P
This has messed with my training and now with my biomechanics, causing a multitude of minor strains in my right arm... Currently battling with my wrist and with my pronator :(

Because of this i havent been able to really push the limits (my bench is maxing on 130kg for 6 reps, and i can feel that its the altered biomechanics limiting it)...

As for the anaps, well ive been running anapolon at 50mg per day, and finally up to 100mg per day. Ive noticed strength improvements, tho i cant take advantage of it due to injuries, but NO side effects whatsoever... Thats no water retention at all??

My weight has just sat steady on 81kg, but very lean. Hoping to get it up a bit but to be honest the injuries have messed up my morale and so diet and training hasnt ben as consistent as it should be. Still have a week of anapolon left and 5 weeks of test, so a small gain should be possible.

Next week i'll be in Cape Town so anyone down there wanna invite me for a training session? :) gotta keep up the training and a good partner always helps. Let me know if anyone wants to meet up for a workout...

Um, but im scared of needles...

have u been training continuously cos of the injury?i find if i take orals, even dbol and take a week off and not train i dont suffer the usual dbol side effects...i am currently using those anapolins and i am up 4.5kgs in a week in a half(from 93 to 97.5),gonna run them for the next 3 weeks,up untill my bulls party then come off...they are strong..i have some water retention in my face but as for the rest of my body nothing,i am still as vascular as hell...

also if i am not mistaken,jackrabbit1 doesnt experience major sides of dbol even at 100mg a day.

have u increased calories through out the expedition?

Yes, one bounces back pretty quickly. After my two year break, I'm almost back to 90% after 3 months since I resumed training.

hey spike, do you gym with VA and do you have the nation wide contract. Where in Cape Town you going to be? As intimidating as as it may be, would be awesome to train with you ;)

spike i think the biggest problem u have with a cycle is your metabolism,a guy like u needs to be eating close on 5000-6000 calories a day to grow. 3g of protein per kg of body weight, and about 10g of carbs and 1.5g of fats.... personal opinion here...

Dj you are damn right... I just dunno if i can eat that much. Im lucky enough with the metabolism that i can eat anything and get away with it and keep my definition and six pack, but pushing my weight any higher than low 80's is another story... Will have to pig out these last few weeks to make the most of the cycle.... Any suggestions on some calorie dense foods to add in to push it up, because that many calories from rice and potato is another story :P

And guys, im not so big hey, only 81kg... Dj is a good 2x my size :)
Also im afraid i dont have a VA contract :/ so unless you can smuggle me in it wont help. But Evo i will be visiting you.

Haha ya then we roughly the same weight.. If you go to see evo there is a VA there that i train at sometimes and they will allow you in for the day. Do you know which area you will be staying in? If you don't feel like putting that info online its chilled.

Well its been a while since i updated this thread, so here goes...

In the tail end of the cycle, 4 weeks to go. Weight is stable at 82, bf has def dropped a bit... Never got the mass gains i'd wanted but many interruptions to the cycle are te main cause. Nonetheless im happy with the way im looking, pretty sure its my personal best. Here are some quick pics from tonight
