The waxy maize starch is supposedly better than the dextrose and no pre-workout meal. The BCAA hopefully helps with muscle preservation and I've got some fat where energy can be drawn from....Remember, I'm 23 kg heavier than you and need to loose fat% as well ;)

seeing that you said you want to build muscle i would add oats + raisins pre workout there is a 3.5hour gap you need to put something there you don't want to waist your money on a cycle if you don't utilize it to the fullest.

I see now that I made a mistake...the 3 scoops whey and oats are at 16:00 not 14:00. I will kotz if I eat before gym...I actually try and get my ass in the gym at 18:00. so there is only 3.5 hours without anything foodie.....

Just an update...the cycle is going ok, although my 4th pin in the left butt cheek is a bit problematic as it is read and swolen, not that sore.

My strength is up and I'm weighing 101.10 kg now. 5 kg in 2 weeks...lots of water, but at least i'm not coming down.

What do you guys think of using clen with the winstrol when bridging to PCT?

why would you want to use clen during the bridge?it won't let you cut down because to do that you need to reduce your calories the clen will be wasted.wait till your done then start cutting.thats my opinion.

to use sculpt gel you need to have a low bf for it to have results.You can use reverzine but personally i would just finish my bulking if i were you and then after the pct has ended start a cutting cycle to get your bf down.nothing will take away your hips except if you lower your bf.so wait and then cut use clen + heat or clen + yohimbine.but in the end it is up to you.

If you are sick in the head like me and like pinning its an option. Thing is it will still be toxic to your liver, so it has no advantage over the pills. The half life is still really short so two 0.5ml injections daily would be best. Can still only be used for about a month.. So its still only meant to be used as a kickstart with other compounds like deca and test. Hope this helps...

Just an update.....I'm loving the increase in size and some strength. Still waiting for my sex drive to hit through the roof. Had my 6th pin Yesterday, took it in the calve, quite cripple Today, LOL. I'm doing cardio, but my stomach fat is increasing....will look at my diet and revise it, or should I just stick to bulking for now, and just settle with the consequences like the BF%...haha

Must say the one thing I enjoy is the increase in my squat weight.....160kg weights + Olympic bar and stops, so I'm up to 180 kg in total for 6 reps.......I think its awesome!

I'm 27 Ondier. Why do you ask? Squats is up to 200kg total kg for 6 reps....not the legs holding me back though, but my lower back. Not too bad if you consider I have a partially broken L4 vertebrae. Do you guys also experience insane back pumps with Dbol...its hectic!

start throwing in some lower back exercises to get that back stronger,also some dead lifts in your routine will help,good mornings or hyper extensions for the lower back is good.

I do DJ, My deadlift weight is at 180 kg total weight now....but should do some hyper extensions though, I forget about that exercise.....But thanks for the advice!

Reason I asked is because of your low sex drive. That normally kicks in on higher ages or with very obese people which you are not.

But your test levels will be much lower than when you were 18- and if you had allot of stress, emotional and physical that might have add to your low libido.

But you will see a big difference from week 4 and especially week 5 on-wards regarding your libido.
