this pic is 2 weeks old and could see massive detailing on his lower back during his posing session last sunday....doing really well...wait till the masteron and winny injectable and then the hardness will come through.... but all i can say is he is looking hard as nails already even though he is the size of gnome

Hahaha thanks for posing those bud. Must get some front shots and get some of my small quads in there.lol
But yeh I have dropped out 2% BF since that photo and it shows... PS my posing routine kicks ass.

just to let u guys know, skyth and i are very close mates,some people think we have been mates for years and years but the scary thing is we have been mates since november last year through this forum and we are pretty much closer than brothers all thanks to this forum....

Hey Guys,

As some of you know this will be my first novice show.
It's the KZN Novice show on the 18 April 2009.
I want to come in as shredded as possible. So will probably come in at 69.5kgs once I've dropped my water etc.
Would rather be at the top of my weight category than at the bottom.

The categories are much wider in a novice comp. U70kg's, 70-80kg's, 80-90kg's etc.

Thanks for your support guys, it's much appreciated. I will keep you posted on my progress

nope,i saw the comp ads and its divided in 5kg...i think that makes better competition...
although wpf has been in 10kg last year,not sure how they dividing this year and nabba i dont know...ifbb is where im interested in at the moment....and they judge much more honestly in my opinion...!!!
wpf has their favourites and they will most likely always take the win...!!!

Evening IRONHEADS!

On the topic of dieting i will start officially in May but cleaning up my diet even as we speak, i plan on rocking the National iron scene in yhe light heavy div and come in at about 89.5kg so i will be the top of my weight class.

We trained legs this eve like freaks looking for that extra size and forcing the quality deep into the tissue!

I have posted a few shots of my upper body so scythe does not feel too lonely, as us competitive bb's know dieting is a very lonely but satisfying path.

Train hard bros!
