$ilver,the pointers u need is to have a good support base to push u through,skyth has a very supporting family and friend base for his prep,both myself and Ogre chat and speak to him everyday keeping him on track....he is a dedicated guy and i hope he is going to clean up in his weight catagory...i've already made reservations for the day he finishes his show to get him well fed!! hehe..

I don't mind giving out pointers...
Here's one for all you guys out there that want to give it a bash!
If you don't want a social life and want to be grumpyish, tired and at the gym all the time, try competing! :)

It's tough work but is so worth the body transformation and the accomplishment at the end of the day.
I think the first time is always the hardest because you stepping into the unknown and you don't really know how your body is going to react.
I reckon once you have a few comps under your belt it gets easier, as you then know what works best for you.
But at the moment it's trial and error and your mind starts playing tricks on you.

Just hard work, consistency and no cheating gets you the results.

I still feel I gotta harden up though. Feel a bit soft but I guess that comes with time and your decarb / carb up / water cutting etc.

If any of you guys have competed out there and want to give me pointers it will be much appreciated :)
Especially pointers within the last two weeks before the comp day.

I agree with DJ, you need a good supportive bunch of friends, family and gym mates :)
I really do appreciate all DJeasye's, Ogre's, Mama Bear's (she isn't on the forum but DJ and Ogre know who she is) and all my gym buddies support... especially when I need those dam extra two rep spots to complete a set.
Don't have posing practice this weekend because I am going to be away but DJ and I will get some pics done in the sun, to get some muscularity going :) ciao

I got t to about 6-7% bf naturally with just Heat and a CLEAN diet, hard work in the gym with 1 hour morning cardio 5+ times a week.
I have been on a cutting cycle now for about 18 days now.
Consists of 100mg Winny, 150mg Masteron, 100mg test prop all PGW, EOD.
That's just so the muscle I have left doesn't wither away, now that I'm slowly droping my calories. Also to dry me out and give me a harder look. Will add some winny caps closer to the show and maybe drop the masteron, as it has 100mg enanthate in it.

Hey Guys,

This is pretty much my diet I have stuck to through the last 5 weeks.
I'm below 4% bf now... so it defiantly worked for me :) but then again i have been listening to my body and chopping and changing things around... tested it for a week and if it wokred and I felt good then I stuck with it.
I do get hungry at times but I am not starving and dieting is actually not that bad when done right.

I cycled my carbs and did drop the rice cakes this last few weeks and also meal 2 became 40g of oats when I stopped my morning cardio.

Will post some 1 week out pictures... might look a little flat from lack of carbs but something is better than nothing. (File Removed)

Skythe's line up was the toughest line up of the evening...23 competitors.The guy who won skythe's line up won the overalls.he was as hard as coffin nails..I'll post pics up this evening.
