sorry to tell u this,if u work with me u get 0 milk, that 18l of fat free milk a month is wasted calories, u get 4.4g of carbs(lactose which is milk sugar) and 1g of fat PER 100ml of milk thats 3168 calories just from the carb and 1620 calories from the fats in milk, if u were to keep your diet exactly the same and cut out just the milk u would loose about 750g of fat a month roughly... so u can choose, either u cut out the milk or u make up with cardio, so in order to burn 4788 caloris ontop of your additional cardio means u will need to do about another 47 x 10min sessions a month which is about an addition 15min a day. cut out the milk bro.

not sure NBS, i have no dairy products in my diet..
i use xylitol on my oats thats all

u can have results, or have excuses...u cant have both!!!!

Can i at least drink black coffee (sugar and canderel free) or must i drop coffee al together?

What do you think about my diet i posted?, putting one more tune/chicken in between somewhere

he he he. my probleem was 2l melk elke dag. en sommer n paar steri stumpies ook.

nou drink ek glad nie melk nie en ek voel beter. as hulle melk pasturisee verander die protien van die melk ook en dit vergiftig jou ligaan as jy te veel inkry en dit maak dat jy nog meer vet word.

beste melk is plaas melk gefilter en ongepastiriseerd.

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

2l melk per dag, sho dude, dis hectic!
Kyk ek hou van my melk, veral as ek klaar geëet het, maar eks maar ’n arm Suid-Afrikaner :P

Ek is half bevoorreg, my ouers se besigheid is langs ’n melkwinkel, so hulle kry baie plaas melk verniet en sodra my ouers te veel het dan sê my ma ek kan maar by haar kom haal, so ek kry darem so 2l plaas melk per week verniet, anders is ek maar op die fat free long life.
Maar sal die advies volg en swart koffie drink, dit gaan ’n straf wees, maar miskien is dit soos whiskey, as jy hom so paar keer drink dan raak mens dit gewoond...hahaha
