Obviously don't over do it. I have a slightly heaped teaspoon every day split over 3 meals.

Cool man! Thanks for that, I hate the taste of olive oil as I use it raw over food for fats :)

I cook with spray and cook, but from now its coco oil! :P

Thanks alot buddy!

Ran a keto diet from September 2010 to December 2010 for my wedding. Dropped from 93kg to 81 and bf% dropped from 16% to around 12.5%. Absolutely loved it, especially my weekly refeeds which lasted for around 36 hours. I know it wasnt smart and could have had better results, but the only carbs I took in on my refeed days was the sugary ones one would find in a 2l of choch fudge gino ginelli ice cream.

However, while I got solid results off the diet, I recently changed up to a carb cycling diet as I was getting a bit annoyed with the glycogen-depletion workouts and the fact that I wasnt ading any additional LBM to my frame. Been on a proper carb cycling diet now for four weeks and while I have dropped a mere 1.5kg off bodyweight, the change in my physique has been extremely good. Muscles seem fuller and harder, and I have become more vascular than I ever was whilst on a keto diet. Also, I find a carb cycling diet to just feel a bit more natural than the keto diet, I swear, sometimes it felt like flaxseed oil had replaced the blood in my veines and despite having psyllum husks every day, I still struggled with constipation and epic halotosis.

Giving it another 4 weeks on a clean carb cycling diet, before I add an 8 week cycle of npp/prop/winstrol cycle to put on some more size whilst still dropping body fat.

Hi there

I would like to know where I can find a Keto Diet plan, I am reading up on it on the net but do you have any keto diet plans? I also want to lose some fat before my wedding in September.

Thanks

Sorry just one last thing.....

Can I work on this:

Breakfast 4 eggs, 2whole and 2white

10H30, 60gr whey and 20gr peanut butter

13H00, x1 200gr chicken breast/steak/lean mince/tuna/fish

15H30, 50gr nuts or biltong

16H30, pre workout

17H00 - 18H00, Gym

Dinner - same as lunch but with salad or veggies

I am doing a lot of cardio at the moment. Can I do a full body workout lets say, Monday, Wednesday and Friday with one exercise per body part and then Tuesdays and Thursdays do cardio?

Sounds good but have your dinner with broccoli and also only do low intensity cardio as high intensity cardio will burn muscle to. Also dont consume more than 30g of carbs per day so take that into considiration. Once a week you will need to eat 200g carbs to replenish glucogen levels do it the day before you do leggs or back and you will be sweet bud.

Thanks man

So broccoli every night? I normally walk for 20min on trdmill, then jog for 20min then walk again 20min.

What carbs do you suggest?

I also try to take in about 3-5L water on a daily basis, no alcohol except on special occasions where I'll have three to four singe whiskey's with water. Stoped smoking for a month now so that good news at least.

No alcohol at all and the only carbs you allowed to eat are in the broccoli, nuts , and penut butter but on your carb day i usually have rice or potato or even a bun(burger). But remember work out the carbohidrates in everything you consume and dont go over 30g a day except of course on the carb day.

Little bit concerned of the cookie cut approach. Would be more inclined to first find out what your current bodyweight is so that you can formulate a diet which will be most effective toward your goals. Also, whilst on the keto diet, i was forced to adjust my calorie intake every 10 days to ensure that my intake was reflective of my bodyweight. This diet is lacking on fats.

I propose the following

Breakfast: 5-6 whole eggs, preferably omega 3 or canola as they have extra fatty content

10H30, 60gr whey and two tablespoons of macadamia nut oil. Also add some pshyllum husks to protein shake for extra fibre.

13H00, Substitute the lean meat for a lean meat/fat meat combo. i.e 100g breat and 100g thigh, 200gram steak. Also, Tuna is shite on a keto, rather opt for pilchards or sardines which are much richer in omega 3 fatty acids.

15H30, 50gr nuts or biltong. Just watch which nuts u eating, cahses and macadamias are fine but peanuts are too carb rich.

16H30, pre workout.

17H00 - 18H00, Gym. Seem to be missing your post-workout meal. Should ideallybe some whey protein and perhaps another 2 tablespoons of man nut/flaxseed oil and some physllum husks

Dinner - same as lunch but with brocolli/spinach.
