10H30, 60gr whey and 20gr peanut butter
13H00, x1 200gr chicken breast/steak/lean mince/tuna/fish
15H30, 50gr nuts or biltong
16H30, pre workout
17H00 - 18H00, Gym
Dinner - same as lunch but with salad or veggies
I am doing a lot of cardio at the moment. Can I do a full body workout lets say, Monday, Wednesday and Friday with one exercise per body part and then Tuesdays and Thursdays do cardio?
