Thanks bud... I will keep looking at these vids for those routines.. Indeed very helpfull. Damn this guy has an awesome body.... one day.... maybe not that big but i want that definition.

I frikken look like a Vase or even worse a frikken funnel..now it's time to mass up,especially the leg area and thats going to be tough as i dont have the genetics for that, but i must try to get it decent.

Trying hard to enjoy the leg workouts, will hopefully get there one day as I really need some legs.lol. Must add, yesterday I did feel a bit sick after training legs so hopefully I'm starting to do it rite.
