Sorry, photo's. Anyway DJ, I mailed them to you, for I want to find out if I'll make it in 12 weeks and how much you'll charge. I am open for advice, I have a lot of work to do and realize that. I also do crossfit at least 1 x per week (but now the energy is getting low)

I do heavy stacked cable squats (wide legged) for 15 reps. I am quite strong and can backsquat 90kg on my own without a spotter for 8-10 reps. Years ago I trained to be the strongest, to impress people that way. My legs grew quickly, but my upperbody lacked, that is why I give more attention to upper body, to get it in balance with my lower body.

AnnieS wrote: Thank you, will do. I am really considering using him. Am just waithing his reply. I went through my pics today from 12 weeks out from my first show till show day and it inspired me so. My last 5 weeks on a cycle and keto did wonders for me.

One more question, will the glycogen not make me gain a little bit of weight when I have the cheatmeal although we only force it into the muscle and liver stores? (Am I correct here?) Why I'm asking is I want to have the cheat meal tonight and from tomorrow follow this changes you advice. I will then weigh and do measurements myself on Saturday. I've got a scale which indicates body fat and water mass, etc. (I know they aren't that accurate, but I want to use it for guidance only for it will be consistant) but are scared what the outcome will be due to the cheat. I don't want to get demotivated.

You will gain a bit of water weight, but it will be minimal max 1kg, that's why I throw in a glucophage 500mg tab, it ends up being a lot less. I would save the cheat for Sun afternoon last meal of the day then drop 2 of your other meals, so you don't continue to binge.

depending on the amount of carbohydrates consumed in the cheat meal. the more carbs you have the more chance you will have to spill over and glycogen that will over from muscle to retain water under the skin...the point of of the cheat meal is to replenish glycogen stores and push leptin levels up, this is all possible with a small to medium amount of carbs if your carbohydrate are already low.. from the photos u have sent me i think there are a few things that are the matter, you are not training hard enough with enough intensity, and maybe your cheat meals are too big.

Will do that, thanks a lot guys for all your help and input. I decided that I will rather do a show that is in 21 weeks, DJ also advised me to do that in order for me not to loose muscle mass. You guys have been a great help, I will keep you posted.
