Thanks Bud...I am starting to think I have loose skin sagging downwards...I will try to get some closeup pics as well on this, as I am not 100% sure if it is still fat, or loose skin...

Well I use to carry all my fat in my tummy, used to wear a size 42 jean pant...down to 32 now...hahaha

Regarding the carbs on non training days, so you would advice that I don't cut out carbs on these days? So i will then get carbs in everyday, just in the first half of the day?

I will take some better pics, more closeups, and also some leg shots...but remember on the inside I am actually a tall skinny guy...hahaha...so legs are not great...

I would advise you to eat carbs but keep them early in the day so you are definately going to use them. Then if you are not picking up fat then we increase the carbs on these days. Right now it's all about how your body responds to the change. Congrats on the weight loss dude and remember that jean pants never lie. ;)

Hahaha...you joke...I still have that jean pant...just as a reminder...hahaha
Okay great, so will change up my diet to include the carbs early morning, I assume that my daily calories will then be the same on training and non-training days? If this is the case, I will then follow my plan of "high" carbs showed above everyday?
