Hey Ondier. Well done again on progress and thanks for the good service from BSSA ;)

What type of TRT are you doing? Nebido by any chance? And why do you go off for 2-3 months per year? If you are on full on TRT your permanently shut down anyway, am I missing something? Cheers bud.

Hi Crawler

Thanks for the message bud. Sorry for the late replies I was out of the country. My December went well thanks. I didn't put in the time at the gym that I was hoping for but I also didn't indulge in the usual eating and drinking of the holiday spirit.

I actually dropped a few kgs which is good for me B)

But I left SA about 3 weeks ago and then it all stopped. Training and diet went out the back door. We were stuck at the border with goods that I took over. I decided to left the goods at customs until all paperwork were sorted and left for Victoria Falls. We were there for 5 days, having a very good time. At the one place we stay'd there were a few rusty dumbbells and a narrow Trojan bench. So one morning after I lit the braai we decided to have a chess day in a very hot Africa. There was no water so our pre, intra and post workout was beer.... :pinch: Man.... I can tell you I have done so many reps I have lost count. I was sore for 5 days. Definitely one of the best chest workouts I ever had :P

I'll upload a pic of the setup we had there B)

Hi Furk

Thanks bud much appreciated. I wanted to do Nebido when I started out, but I get much more bang for my buck with PGW Cyp. You can buy 5 x PGW Test Cyp for the price of one Nebido. Ok Nebido lasts you 3 months, but if you do 1ml of Cyp a week a vial will last you ten weeks, or for the price of Nebido 50 weeks

I must be honest bud- I just go as I feel. I haven't done bloods in almost 3 years, but want to do it still n January to see where I'm at.

I did go off for three months a year just to boost my natural Test. But at this stage I don't care about that any more.

I used 1ml a week, taken every Sunday. For the last 3 months or so I bumped it up to 0.7ml, Sundays and Wednesdays. And if I feel I am having a tough week at the gym or a lot of work stress, I take 1ml /1ml, so 2ml a week in total. So I'm not following a strict program. I really do what I feel like doing and I'm listening to my body. I have no idea what my cholesterol is like these days- it was always beyond good even with my weight on 165kg. But I know Test is very hungry for good cholesterol.

But I'm supplementing with a high dose of Omegas. We recommend 4 soft gel's a day but I take 6.

I will do my bloods and post back. B)
