haha, yea it was a photoshoot i did with my ex-wife for her birthday, and the day before my 2nd show, I was lean then but this condition i brought to this show made that look like complete childs play.

i have been pretty shredded over the years for shows, but i can't even begin to compare. I trained with Justin Thacker in 2015 in his prep for world champs where he placed 2nd, we did giant set training 7 days a week with 2 hours of cardio on 50g of carbs, and I was still leaner this show without any cardio. the head judge from the ifbb said to me the day after the show when i saw him at the airport that he was actually blown away, that i was the only one at that show that had that insane grainy look. Was a great compliment

Hi Oupa. Yes 150kg Fucking Fat at 1.68m That was just before I started my first weight loss.

Been a bit (actually a lot...) sleg on my side. Life happens and all, and I've relocated to PE. Although I'm probably fitter than I ever was. A real hoot to see thin okes' faces when I smoke them at various group routines at the gym I go to now. Especially when "strength" components are added to the cardio stuff (like deadlifting 50kg... can do those till the cows come home)

But yeah, need to drop some fat off the frame.

But man, glad to see you back.

On a side note, has anyone heard from or kept in touch with Fillet? Dude fell off the planet and I know he was going through some shit. Just hope he's OK. Lost his number when my phone was expropriated without compensation.

yea life does get to you that is for sure, i have had it get pretty rough but you do eventually get out the hole. i am very lucky to be associated to an an American Coach and his business Teamskip. Skip took me under his wing for the better part of 3 years to learn all the processes that come in peaking clients, and just getting people into great shape.

so my online coaching is always fun when dealing with the dedicated few.

like i said, with the illicit trade etc its tough not being able to converse with people, but i have nothing to hide being on here and having my script for TRT haha. so Cyclo you more than welcome to hit me up if you know who i am.

So i did some comparisons for you OUPA, that shoot where you said i was super ripped, the pics in the black posing trunks where the morning of that shoot, and i placed 3rd to a now IFBB pro *** *****, and then 2nd at sa champs, I am posing next to **** ***** who placed 2nd in the world that year.

so as i said, i was retardedly shredded in comparison, and i still had to drop water etc etc etc as the one was the day before the show on the left and 4 days out on the right.

so yes i know its not the same lighting and phone angle etc etc etc, but it shows you the condition difference and quality of muscle. AND i was 2kgs lighter on the right.

I had seen this Empire dude posting great advice all over, had a hunch it was you DJ. Impressive as ever!! Congrats on your achievements here, really world class stuff.

I know it's a bit of a necro, but holy shit this thread deserves a bump!

i have got some great friends from here, Pump is an amazing guy and has an amazing family Ogre that used to be on here is another one. Rhino, Etwa are also amazing friends I met from being on here, so there are really a lot of good guys here.

unfortunately, with illicit trade and identities being exposed, i can understand why we cant have a private message system, but i openly offer anyone if they know who i am on social media to drop me a message and i will help as much as i can, if not drop me some questions and i will be sure to answer to the best of my knowledge.

(For those who wonder why the next (mouth runs as big as) Hany Rambod but from South Africa, yes indeed he really did need the surgery. The only reason I know is cause he said so himself. If I was DJ I would tell you not to listen to a coach who needed liposuction instead of being able to get rid of the fat himself, but I am not he and I will tell you the best advice comes from those with brilliant minds). Now calm down and take a seat so we can look to the future like big boys and not frivolously bring up the past 5 years too late.
