Ok, seen as there was rather a long argument in my other thread and alot of talk of people posting progress pics, i have started us a thread and i will be the first to step up ;)

These pics were taken this week, under 6 weeks pre contest. Bodyfat is under 5%, weight at 79kg. Current cycle is just 100mg PGW Test prop EOD, tho i only had my last supertest and equi shot last thurs. Will be going on to winstrol then proviron and letro in the next couple weeks...

Legs i know have always been my battle so forgive me, and of course my posing is not too great yet... so anyway, here goes

yeah legs i been battling to pose right, last pic shows them a bit better, but need to get more cuts in them, gonne start some cycling for that... Havent done a day of cardio in years.

Still holding alot of water from the long ester test, as you can see in the love handles, but that'll go soon

Hell i've been training legs so SO hard, but they just dont have that thickness, gonna take much more time im afraid... Im happy with the growth i've gotten out of them considering i've only been training seriously for about a year. And if you saw my old man you'd KNOW that genetics are screwing me over, haha, he's skin and bone. But hopefully with a few more cuts they'll look better by comp. Thanks for the comments guys

Looking good Spike ! Hard work and discipline pays off. I am also struggling with legs (genetics). Everything builds except legs.

Yeah the legs never see the sun so a bit of tan on them will work wonders. And the lighting was terrible, all just camera flash.

HaHa, so Saizen you reckon if i use 4 times the AAS i'll land up 4 times as big? ;) Haha

no you wont, but you'll understand that yourself later, anyways not hi-jacking:

you look okay over-all, increase posing abilities and you might end up creating the illusion that they are not that far behind

Yeah thats what i worry about, the shorter guys with thick quads. Been doing a bit of posing with a guy like that at gym who's my weight but been competing for years and i trump him in upper body and calves, but his thighs are solid... Doin a lot more close stance squatting and pressing to expand the sweep but only got so much time left. guess im just gonna have to nail my posing and come in rock hard and dry to make up for it and get some cuts in them thighs

I know this is going to sound crazy after the hard dieting and training but I'll give this comp a miss and go back and hit the legs hard with one of our big competitive bodybuilders (depends on where you're finding yourself geographically) and come back next year with the same type of upper body conditioning that you have now but improved legs.

According to me if you’re not stage ready comes back next year. I've never been close to a stage except for being in the crowd at almost every show in our area but it's for that exact same reason. I have the flattest chest known to man and I’m the laziest fucker on earth when it comes to dieting but I know how to train.

So in closing you look freaking magnificent and my hat goes off to anybody that can diet for that long, in my mind they fall in the same category with guys that took higher grade science right through to matric but ultimately you don't step on stage to come second. Screw the experience, if you need to then diet up to contest day like in your original plan and do everything like you would have but don't go and compete and build on your gains that you'll get after contest dieting.

This is probably the longest post I’ve ever posted on this forum in the last 2 years.

You look really good man, nice to get and idea what I can look forward to when I've lossed all my bf as I'm also looking at coming in round about that weight at 5% bf.

Will also post some pics when I'm done... With DJ's help I've already lost 18KGs but got a bit of bf still to lose.

I see your reasoning vega5, but im still pretty confidant. My legs will never be my strong point but these pics still dont do them justice. I have squared them up against guys that have been competing for years and certain aspects of them are alright. I know they look better in correct lighting and when posed properly, and Ogre has been checking my progress and is happy enough with them. I need to get more shape out of them and with some hard training and a bit of cardio i will, add some tan and im ready.

You're right it has been a long road getting this far, and im confident enough to go ahead. this is my first comp, novice level, so i do want to gain some experience from it. If its not my show then so be it, i'll come back next time, but nothings gonna scare me off now. ;)
